Needed some plastic retaining clips. I knew better than to…read morecome to this known overpriced place. I was the only customer in the store. I walked up to the counter. Four employees behind the counter talking. Then three of them went into the back. The other one got on the phone. I must have my invisibility cloak on. I waited for a minute, then two employees come out talking. Another minute and one of them went into the back. Then another minute went by while he looked at a book and finally he asked if I needed help. Duh, I have not been standing here for three minuets watching you all do nothing just for fun I told him what I needed. He said the plastic retainers are all over there in that aisle , you will have to search through them all for the one you want. What he should have said was " you have to search the entire store yourself, because we get paid to stand around talking and ignoring customers." I just walked out.
