He felt a vibration while driving the car to work and call them. They told him to bring it back in the next morning (12/21/23) so they could look at the tires. Stating that perhaps they weren't balanced properly. He took the car in as scheduled. When he arrived, they asked him to bring it back tomorrow morning because they were installing a new tire balancer. So on (12/22/23) My Husband took the car in again so they could finally balance all four tires. He left the lot and drove about a mile down the road before the rear driver side tire blows and came completely off the car leaving him setting on the side of Dixie Hwy. It broke a few of the lug bolts completely off and damaged the fender of the vehicle. THANK GOD IT WASN'T THE FRONT TIRE! They did come get the car and make small efforts to do repairs to get a tire back on it. The lug bolts they installed to replace what was broken were very short. So this is the second unsafe situation they put him in!!!! They didn't even want to discuss the damage to the rear finder. Except to try pushing it back in. The owner just walked away and left!!!! My husband could have been killed! They still have not to made an effort to settle the damages to the vehicle!

Recently on a 430 mile ride, the freeway travel consisting of 120 miles at 75mph the 890 achieved 58MPG!
