After spending an hour and a half going through the wickets... I was sold these three items and the annual membership as well as for Geek Squad to install and set up a better mesh network as told and sold by the online. He was trying to sell more but I wanted to make sure everything was going to be in good working order. He said you will get a call in two days or less for them to schedule a time and complete the install. Three days went by and I called... since you can't call any of the stores directly. When I called I was told that the Eeros have been back ordered and they did not know how long it would take to get them. I then asked how long have they been backord. I was this has been known for at least two months. I told them what the online sales did. No apology, no nothing I then cancelled everything. Two days later I discovered they had not cancelled the membership. I called again and finally got it cancelled. This is after wasting over five hours in total of my time due to incompetence of the online staff. There is no question I am done with Best Buy. This place has really gone downhill fast. So much for trusting anything that they have to say.

They did mess up on part of our sectional and sent one piece in a different color. I called the next day and they had the correct piece delivered that day with no problems. As well as they replaced a pillow that had an odd mark on it. No hassle at all. Only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because I went to purchase a bed frame for my son since my first experience was amazing. I was told the bed would take 3-4 weeks to come in which was no problem since I was about to go on vacation. It ended up taking way longer than that and it still had not arrived even though I paid for it in full and was told it was ordered. They could not tell me when it would arrive either. So I personally don't recommend ordering anything from them but if it's in store than I'll absolutely buy from them. I still recommend them to anyone asking about buying new furniture.

One recommendation for the store manager: please make sure the bags of concrete mix are shifted to the front of the shelf! Found all my supplies paid for them at the register. Ask the cashier if there was someone that could cut it for me. He called over the intercom for a lumber assault, He was told that he was on break and would be back in five minutes. I went back to the cutting area in lumber. There was a young lady standing there that I had seen waiting there while I was shopping for an hour. Found out she'd been waiting for the same person when I saw her waiting. It took thirty to forty more minutes and two more calls over income before an associate came to cut the plywood in half. He had an obvious attitude about it didn't matter. I just need my wood cut so I can get home. He grabbed the wood. Put it in placebut before that, he grabbed a tape measure and went through the motions of measuring halfway. But when I got home , I realized it wasn't exactly half wheels like a five inch difference. Luckily for me, I didn't needed to be exact. I just needed it be in half so I could get it in the car. But my big thing is what if I didn't need It cut in half and his anger and being a smart a** He's just gonna cut it any size he wants it and then hand it to me as if it's cut in half. I worked in a hardware store myself and constantly constantly disappointed in the lack of customer service I find in today's hardware stores and stores in general. He installed a filthy pea trap pipe on my unit that caused it to completely stop working and an unnecessarily long copper gas line that I was charged $1600 for. I had two separate service companies(Spire Gas and another plumber) come out to see about the gas line and the unit afterwards and both made disparaging comments about the trash work that Bill Bradley completed. They come on weekends when reaching other plumbers seems to be a chore. They flat rate price their jobs (which probably leads to paying more than you would have to otherwise) and get the jobs done fast. I'm not sure, but they may be the only plumbers around that offer the "water jet" service.. Its a water propelled hose, powered by an engine in the back of a van. Its expense. But it has the ability to fix some problems that using an auger doesnt seem to solve. For instance, a clog in the kitchen drain so bad that you can push your auger through it, but it will close right back down. So, their convenient, get the job done, have the tools to get it done, and they make their time frames. The 3 our of 5 stars is because they are expense. I'm sure that I could get more for less from others, but I know them. And 3 out of 5 aint bad. Its OK... Make it cheaper, then the rating might go up.
