Hani is very knowledgeable in the car industry and always has clean and affordable cars/trucks. He gives you respect and never pressures you to buy a vehicle as compared to most salesmen at other dealerships. If you can't afford a particular car/truck he has at the lot, Hani will look for other options and seek a vehicle that you can afford. He will provide you with the CAR FAX of the vehicle you're interested in and will disclose everything about the history (Number of car owners, and if it was in a flood, salvaged, accidents, hail, flood). I had been looking for about a month for a quality used car online - I had searched Craigslist, Autotrader, Carfax, etc to try and find a good reliable used car. Once I found something that looked interesting I'd go look at the dealer's website to see what kinds of cars they usually sold. Often a "good deal" car would have been in an accident, or rebuilt, or had some other issue. I found a car that directed me to this dealer, and I saw that most of the cars on the lot were quality brands with a history of reliability, and they were all in decent shape, and for a decent price. We decided to check out the lot and see what was available. The car we initially came to see was already sold, but we looked around and found another we were potentially interested in. Before we even got the keys to get a look inside and take a test drive, Hani said "Ok, here's what's wrong with the car..." and rattled off three minor things that needed some TLC. That's when I realized we were at a different kind of used car lot! We quickly found out that he is passionate about this work, that he tracks down quality cars, is honest with his customers, and is passionate about providing quality products for a fair price. Purchasing my 2005 PT Cruiser from A-1 Auto Broker was a clean, straightforward, pleasant experience. Owner (Hani) is highly knowledgeable, respectful, honest and forthright, patient in explaining the process. Was able to negotiate slightly to strike a fair deal for both sides. Not pushy in discussions. Car was detailed fully when received. Also was explained how I could retain/switch to my Navy-Retired plates once I was the new owner. Owned a PT Cruiser more than 20 years ago and fancied having another one some day -- which finally happened. Only 25,000+ miles on this one, numerous bells/whistles; felt blessed to stumble onto this one on Craig's List. Hani quite accommodating in ensuring I was able to fully analyze car as potential purchase. He also provided complimentary CarFax. I was pressed for time to wrap up purchase and Hani helped make it happen; all the while as he was receiving queries on the vehicle. I found this dealership online when I was looking for a very specific vehicle (a 2006 Lexus RX400h) - which they had! I called and spoke with Hani, who was great the whole way through the process. He had no problem at all with allowing me to take the vehicle to a nearby dealership for a full check-up, which told me that he had integrity and was not afraid to stand behind his vehicles. Even when the inspection took longer than expected (it was the day after Christmas), Hani took it in stride and told me that he'd wait for me as long as it took. The sales process was smooth, quick, and painless - with Hani explaining the process every step of the way. He helped me with making sure that my loan was completed correctly so that he'd, you know, get paid... Side note: Hani did advise me that there'd been an error in the pricing, but he did choose to honor the original price that I'd seen online - another mark of integrity. Mr. Hani, the owner, is a nice, very honest, and respectable man! As we were shopping for my first car, my family and I felt very welcomed and respected. Hani is also a very knowledgeable man, who knows, at the top of his head, about every car on his lot. He takes his time actually getting to talk to his customers and helping them find what they want. Additionally, he was not pushy whatsoever when we were looking/buying. He has lots of credibility, humbleness, and a passion for what he does, which is truly beautiful to see in such an industry! The cars in his lot are in great condition as well! He also makes sure that he has all history, CARFAX, etc. You name it, Hani has already checked that box off the list. I had a great experience with A-1 Auto Brokers. Mr. Hani El-Jabshed was very friendly, informative, courteous and professional. After I looked at the car Mr. El-Jabshed showed me the car fax and pointed out all the details of the cars history and maintenance. I asked if I could take it to a local mechanic and he was fine with it. He even pointed out a few minor items that he didn't get to since he just got the car in the day before. I came back about 2 hours later and bought the car cash. I was very familiar with the Toyota Camry and he had a lot of knowledge about them also. As soon as I walked into the building Mr. Jabsheh welcomed me with a kindness only shown by family. He asked me what my budget was and walked me around the lot, showing me each nice car available to me. After I finally settled on one with the help of his gracious price flexibility, I asked if he accepted checks which he sadly didn't. I told him I would Uber to the bank which he rejected and told me he would drive me to the bank himself. The registration process was fairly quick and I was off the lot within the hour. This was by far my most unique car buying experience in 27 years of driving and purchasing cars. Hani is wonderful!! I highly recommend you give him a visit. Hani said bring it back and I'll have it checked out, I believe he used "Lemon Busters" to run a scan on it in the lot. Ended up being a bad temp sensor and he had it replaced.
