This company is very unprofessional and rude. I purchased a car from them within a week I called to acknowledge a leak they suggestions wasn't accommodating. When asked if they would accommodate the bill if I took it somewhere locally to me they suggested to only provide a $50 tab towards the payment which is inconsiderate and unprofessional after having the car not even a week. read more

This dealership (if you can call it that) is a complete scam. We bought our daughter a car from here. They purchase their inventory from auctions without doing inspections. They do not have mechanics on site that complete inspections on their vehicles. The car we purchased was still dirty and the inside was stinky. It states on their website that they offer free oil changes with a purchase but that was also a lie. They offer a voucher that the place they sent her to didn't even want to honor their voucher. My daughter just had to pay $90 for an oil change!! They outsource their work to other shops. I have to spend $6k to get the vehicle to a serviceable condition on top of what we paid for it. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and they have not returned our calls. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Save your money and go to a reputable dealership! read more

All you need to know before you read on is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE and if I could give zero stars, I would!!! This will be lengthy, but you want to know what we've experienced and still experiencing! It's been nothing but headache after headache after headache since day-1! We bought a car here for our daughter and since we weren't there in San Antonio, Andrea was very helpful...unfortunately that is the extent of what is good about this place! The car had an engine light on, and we asked them to fix it, supposedly they did but no more than 2 days after getting off the lot the light came back. After we called to sort it out, we found out that they don't have a mechanic on site and they send all their vehicles to a shop for service. We tried to make them understand that we expected a drivable vehicle which is when we found out the next surprise...they source their vehicles from auction! Nowhere on their site is this stated. When I mentioned this to them, they argued that they ensure to buy "greenlight" vehicles which they explain is a vehicle that operates. I'm not an auction expert but a quick Google search says that's not even close what that means! The car would lose acceleration in the middle of the road, while in heavy traffic! When I mentioned this to them, they said it might be low on oil! Wait??? When I mentioned the engine won't start sometimes, they said maybe the spark plugs needed to be changed? Again, something they should have taken care of and not for my daughter to find out when she's trying to go home from school! Even after knowing everything wrong and the on-going issues we informed them of, they didn't want to help. Their counter argument is "you brought your own mechanic" which in reality was a family friend that did a walk around. So, if you bring a friend with you, know that he or she is dubbed a mechanic! They dangle this carrot in the form of free oil changes...not so much! Remember, they don't have a mechanic on site. They give you a voucher to get it done at a shop they recommend. Guess what...the voucher only covers a portion of the oil change and it still cost you $90!!! We bought the car in November and to this day there are issues that come up. When we think we've fixed it, a new problem starts. This is the true definition of getting a lemon! This place is taking full advantage of the fact there aren't used-car lemon laws in Texas! Responsive and easy to work with and good price for the car. But...I had the car delivered. When it arrived, it started up fine. The next day, 2nd use, also started up as drive great. Drive it about 15 miles for an appointment. An hour later drive it home. 10 minutes later, took it to gas up (not much gas in it, not a very big deal). Filled it up, wouldn't start. No loose connections, no lights/radio etc left on. Jumped it, drove straight to an auto parts store who tested: bad battery. Dealer declined to reimburse. Per the contract, this was correct as the car, like most sales, was sold "as is". However, they advertised their thorough inspection process and told me that since it started up fine when it left the lot, too bad for me. read more
