Steve's the best--really came through for me! I'd just arrived in Michigan and was driving my rental from Detroit Metro toward Ludington when a rock hit the windshield about halfway there. I hadn't gotten the extra insurance, so I was in a bind. I checked Yelp, saw A1 Auto Glass was along my route, and called them. Steve answered right away, heard what happened, and said he could take care of it. I let him know where I was on the highway, and he figured I'd be there by 4:30. I pulled in right on time, and he got started. The crack was about quarter-sized, but he fixed it so well it was barely noticeable. It looked good enough that I decided to try returning the car without mentioning it. They didn't spot anything, and the handoff went smoothly.
