Got told by a manager who claimed to have 41 years experience that he'd call by 10 a.m. the following day. He didn't call. I called at 10:20 only to hear, "oh, he's on vacation". Had to re explain to yet another "manager" whom I'd never spoken with! After a heated exchange and my asking to speak with the owner I got a text saying, sorry we got off on the wrong foot, and stated I could reach out if interested. My car was having some electrical issues so I brought it in for diagnostic testing. Luckily I didn't live far away and they had someone give me a ride home. Diagnostic test was $160 which I was charged for and paid. The problem is that they couldn't complete the test because I had stuff in my car that was in the way. If they had told me that I would have emptied it out but the first I heard about it was when I went to get my car. I had to pay full price for a partial diagnostic test that didn't tell me what was causing my problems. The oil pressure sensor is bad which AutoZone had already told me for free which is not causing the problems I was having.

During the entire process, not once did I feel pressured to buy right away. He gave us the space to talk and discuss the purchase, and even encouraged us to go home, talk it over, and then when we were ready, to come back in--if we wanted. Once we decided to go with our 2024 Ford F-150, he talked to us about the truck how all the bells and whistles worked. Then when it came time for the unenviable "up sale," he didn't push it. He explained what they were and the benefits of having them added on. He never pushed it and even told us that if we didn't want them, that it would be no problem. Once we did purchase it, Howard explained how everything worked, and then told me that once I get my boat off of the trailer, to bring the trailer back in and he would take some time and help me get all the stickers in the correct place so that I could use the system to help back up trailers! My sister and brother in law just bought a used car from this dealership 2 weeks ago. They were…read morehaving problems so took it in and found out last night when the engine blew as my sister was pulling into the parking lot at work that they obviously didn't fix the problem. So now they are carless again and out $3,000. We grew up in the area that this dealership is and have heard years of bad reviews about this dealership and the other dealership in Big Rapids, Marco Dodge. Constant poor service. Someone should report them to the better business bureau. My sister now wishes she had done a better job of talking her husband out of going to this dealership.
