My ceiling had collapsed and then I got it repaired so there was bits of drywall and insulation in the carpet that my normal Dyson vacuum couldn't get. Dsteamer came out and cleaned my whole room plus my hallway. The whole process took about 45 from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. My carpet feels and looks so much better now! Therefore, if you have animals in your home, & want to keep your home clean & smelling nice, you know, like I do, the importance of using a reputable carpet cleaning company who values their customers. Never in a million years did I think that Upfront Home Service would do me dirty like this after all of our years of working together but I guess that's what happens when a company gets GREEDY. They forget that it is their long time customers who helped them to succeed. Recently, we scheduled a move out carpet cleaning with a few patch repairs. At first, I thought everything was going great until I saw the one patch job. We brought it to the technicians attention & he said that was the absolute best patch that could be done. I didn't agree but waited until it dried. After he left, I went upstairs and noticed that the scent that is usually very pleasant after carpet cleaning was not there but instead the stench of dirty water was present & extremely strong.This was not the norm in past jobs with them so I immediately knew something was not right. I called the office & asked them to send someone over right away to see the job that was done and to smell the odor. I thought Rachel was going to send over a supervisor to check things out the next day but all that came over was a regular technician with a can of deodorizer to mask the odor. I thought they would have redid carpet & fixed the patch but that was not the case. Mind you, my circumstances have never changed during the 9 years I have used Upfront Home Services I have always had animals, & yes, animals have accidents. There was no more or less than the norm. After they cleaned my carpet, the carpet smelt great each time, so they cannot say it was my fault or point fingers. If they had only come out to see for themselves what I was referring to after I asked them to, they would have seen & smelt what I was talking about but they chose not to. A few days after this took place, & after I had a few moments to myself after moving State to State, I wrote an email to the owner, Joseph Pais expressing my concern & instead of reaching out to me personally, he had someone by the name of Daniel Guida call on his behalf. He seemed nice at the time & said he would send someone over to fix. I explained to him that the second visit should have handled this & that we no longer had access to the home. We moved out. I told him we had spent almost $1000 on this work & the least they could do since they didn't fix any of it on second visit was to maybe refund us something. Maybe 15-20 percent of the cost since the job was not done right & no one thought it necessary to stop by next day to see what we were talking about. Well a week later, Daniel did not call me back so I sent a follow up Text to him yesterday. I saw that he read my text but didn't feel he should be professional & reply. I then sent another email to the owner, this morning, & he had the nerve to offer me a refund of $50 & a $300 credit if we ever returned to Texas & needed carpet cleaning. We moved to Florida 2 weeks ago AND WHY DO I NEED TO WAIT TO RETURN TO GET A CREDIT? REFUND ME NOW. THE JOB STILL SUCKS!!!!! If Joseph or Daniel had come to the house, they would have witnessed first hand our complaints & the odor we had after they cleaned it along with the really bad patch job. If our 9 years of business means nothing to them & they insult me by offering me a $50 refund after spending almost $1000 on this past job, then they can keep it. Apparently, they need the money more than I do. Keep this in mind if you need to hire a company to clean your carpet, tile, etc. If my 9 years of business meant absolutely nothing to them, how do you think they will treat you or your home?

I have 4 grandchildren and a daughter that are MESSY! They cleaned main bathroom, hallway, and kitchen of my 2000 square foot home in 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was IMMACULATE! My toilet (I thought I must buy a new one) and tub had hard water stains- I had tried bleach, Comet cleanser, and CLR to clean them myself, to no avail. They are SPARKLING WHITE now. They cleaned the kitchen including in, under, and behind all appliances & it looks amazing . I will continue to hire their very affordable services regularly- they are a blessing to a single, heard-working parent! As an added plus, they are super polite and service-oriented. After they showed up 7 hours late one day, I told them I no longer wanted their services. The owner called, apologized, and promised they would do better if I gave them one more chance. Things didn't really improve--they were still late to every appointment, just not as extreme. The final straw came when they missed a confirmed 8 AM appointment. The owner texted me saying the police had stopped them and wouldn't let them leave. The excuse felt suspicious, so I had a friend text them from a different number, inquiring about cleaning services. They responded promptly, saying they were heading to clean a house in Pearland and could come by later that evening--completely contradicting what they told me. When I confronted the owner, there was no apology. Instead, he told me the price would increase and refused to come unless I agreed. I told him that was unprofessional and that I'd be leaving a review so others know what to expect. Only then did he start calling and texting multiple apologies and saying they'd honor the original price--but by then, my decision was made. Bottom line: If you book with them, don't expect your time to be respected. If they cancel, the excuse may not be the truth.

After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room.
