Its right there in the name, seriously. Sheri in the office is a delight and instantly "got me" on my need for decisiveness and speed and was spot in in getting the COI for our building management. I like/need a high level of communication and got that in spades. Jim and Adam arrived in the promised window and after a walk through to explain the process and ask questions about my problem area they got to work. The smell of that pretreatment as it is mixed and applied is quite potent - but it is a good smell for sure. I mention that because we have an olfactory sensitive staff member who I had wisely told to stay away until we were done. While Fantastic was not the least expensive project quite I received they were very competitive and worked hard to understand my needs and earn my business. They are packing to leave and I could not be more pleased with the clean and freshness of our cheap glue down office carpet. Just because it looks clean doesn't mean it is and I wanted to see the dirty extraction water like always because I find it satisfying to see all that ick going down the drain. They were very careful with our belongings and respectful of our space at all points in the process. The big soup stain and the big Sprite mess at our front door are completely gone and the areas under our chairs that had all those little spots are nice and clean. Would highly highly recommend and will for sure use them again. We received a quote from Jim for a carpet stair repair job where he would take the carpet from the closet and repair the stairs. We were left with this at the end (see picture). Why would you quote us for only half the repair and then tell us that this part is not covered? You damaged our flooring and you will not fix it. Fantastic Carpet only did half the job and told us it is another cost repair price for how they left it after already cutting into our floor. BEWARE they will quote you low prices and only do half the job to tell you that you need to pay them more after they have already cut into your floor. Very unprofessional and we will be going after the company for this repair if they do not refund our money. We gave Jim a chance to fix this but he didn't show up to do it 2 days in a row. The first day he said he would come back to fix it. Then he said he would do it tomorrow. Never showed up and ignoring calls/text. We have proof he said he would fix it at no extra charge because he knows he is in the wrong. read more

Had seen the reviews about this entity on Angie's list, and chose these folks to clean stairs and all rooms on the second floor. Jim came out, believe he is the owner of the company and said he would be doing us no favor to clean the carpet but he would give us a good deal on installing new carpet, Jim is truly a salesman, he said he had crews that can do the job, he does not babysit his crews. Ugh, another expense that was not budgeted for. Had been using Kiwi Services on an annual basis but not overly thrilled with the outcome, black lines around the carpet from the carbon in the AC never could be removed. Jim showed me two samples of carpet that he said he could get from a warehouse in Georgia, my questions were basic, i.e. how environmentally friendly, non-toxic, stain friendly, guarantee, etc. I did find the same carpet he quoted in a Georgia warehouse for 1/2 the price quoted, not feeling like I wanted to be my own contractor in this particular situation, carpet installation was scheduled. Was informed that he would only take a check, rats, I would be getting no frequent flier miles for this unexpected surprise. A day was specified for installing carpet, but never a time. Hiding an elderly cat, and a yippy dog in a bedroom all day is not a fun project. The installers obnoxious boom boom boom music, a barking dog and a raging sinus infection (sounds like a bad country western song) started at 10 in the morning, wish 7:00 a.m. had been part of the plan, carpet all ripped out by 11:00 and Jim showed up with the new carpet. Six hours later, one of the installers informs me there are gaps on either side of each stair and that caulk could be inserted, not! Jim was called to rescue the situation and did remedy the issue. My mantra is measure twice, cut once. Irregardless of a specific turnout, the stairs were not at fault. Guardly optimistic. read more

I felt like the price was fair, and I was very happy with the result - after 8 years of kids & pets it was impressive that they looked so good again. I also had them cut and bind the corner from an area rug in my living room.
