Multiple rooms with carpet, tile and parquet flooring were being removed and replaced with hard wood. In addition, a new French door with side lights was installed leading into the back sunroom. Aaron was extremely responsive from the beginning of the project, from the initial visit, obtaining an estimate, determining start dates, adding any additional services or product needed up to and through to completion of the project. All communications are responded to in a timely manner. His team is always on site on time, professional, hardworking and they do excellent work. I hired them in the summer of 2021; I had a huge project, a full renovation. I was approved for a FHA renovation loan which they were aware of beforehand. Kelly have experience with this type of loans. Within few weeks of starting, Kelly submitted unapproved invoices to the bank behind my back, made a bunch of financial errors in their calculation, increased their initial estimate fees. The bank became suspicious and delayed funds disbursement which stretched my project. They got money hungry, try to justify their financial immorality in the name of inflation, really?!. Very disappointing! I strongly believe that they saw in me a weak target they could prey on, it's saddening and heartbreaking. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone seeking to hire a contractor. At the very least, don't hire them if you don't live on site. Unless you can be there every day to question their single move. Not a trust worthy contractor.

I heard the driver tell his boss he didn't think he could make the turn into the drive, but his boss told him to do it anyway. They ripped up our side yard and crush a big chunk out of the driveway. They told our contractor that they would come fix the driveway after the work was done. Our contractor said he called them to come and fix it, but they never got back to him so it was up to me to bug them. I called multiple times and never got a call back from the owner. I finally got the number for him directly and got a hold of him, he said they'd come in the spring to fix it. It is now almost the end of the summer and I haven't heard a peep.
