He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Once they left the chemical smell was suffocating and I had to open all the windows in the house and run the whole house fan. Then I realized there was a thick layer of cleaner all over the floor. I mopped three times and still couldn't get all the cleaner off so had to pour water directly on the floor. As it's our nursery for our baby we can't put her in her room to sleep due to the overwhelming chemical smell.
