As it's our nursery for our baby we can't put her in her room to sleep due to the overwhelming chemical smell. I knew my 2,800 sq ft home would require a true deep clean with two workers and expected it would probably take around 8-9 hours. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work upstairs. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush. They took the time a real deep cleaning requires and spent over six hours upstairs alone, making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Honestly, my house probably needed two full days -- one for upstairs and one for downstairs --, but they were kind enough to stay and finish the job, working over 13 hours total. They communicated with me throughout the process about the time and the amount of work involved, which I really appreciated. As someone who normally does all the deep cleaning myself, I know how exhausting and physically demanding it is. It meant so much to finally get help tackling the areas I'm usually too tired to fully get to. My doors, baseboards, blinds, floors, railings, showers, and so many other details now look sparkling clean. He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!
