Cons: had my small apartment living room serviced, thought pricing would be a little more flexible but it was a firm $120 with pet treatment. Was also told it would take an hour, went to take my dog on a walk for the hour but got a call twenty minutes later saying it was done. I specifically used clean & dry carpet based on their reviews in Yelp. I did not have as much luck as everyone else. First, the phone estimate came in at $150-$200, based on the tech surveying the house. This was for a thousand square-foot, 3 bedroom house. About twice the price of some weekly adds. But with 5 star reviews, I agreed. Quality is not cheap. When the technician showed up, without looking at the house, he had an invoice for $215. I disputed the price and he lowered to to $175. Fine. *Sigh* About 2hrs later, the tech said he was done. I took a look and there were still stains behind the small rocking chair. This stain was very current. He said no problem, I'll get them out. I asked if he moved the furniture, like the office-estimator guy said he would. He said just the office chair and coffee table. I was disappointed and moved the rocking chair 3 feet to the kitchen myself. As for there tag line "clean with steam & fan dry", the fan dry means they will turn on your ceiling fans. I turned on the ac and brought in two box fans. The carpet was still slightly damp after 12 hrs and one damp spot after 20 hrs. Hopefully the musty smell will dissipate with time. The carpet is clean and the tech dos work very hard, but definitely not 5 star. read more
