Great company! Dan was really great guy and informative! My husband and I recently got a new puppy and I could not see many stains but the smell of urine was starting to get worse now that is summer. Dan has black light and it showed at the urine stains that are blind to regular light I was shocked as to how many stains I was not able to treat or see ! He worked fast and was really organized! this dude spoke to us on the phone, told us he had "hundreds of feet of hose" because we explained to him we live in the middle of an apartment complex. (we actually live near 3 entries but it's about 120 feet from the parking lot) he showed up, told me he couldn't reach our water spigot and I had to suggest to him that he try the other side of parking area - he then told me his hose was only 75 feet and that was the "maximum" on most trucks ... we've definitely had our apartment cleaned before so I'm pretty sure this is just completely untrue. idk if he overbooked himself or what but it was a crazy unprofessional experience. read more

Not the cheapest option, however the quality of the work is fantastic. We had both carpets and area rugs cleaned and they look amazing. Very rude customer service. I had to cancel my appointment due to unexpectedly having to deliver my baby earlier than usual and I called to reschedule as I was still interested however I was still in the hospital the day we had agreed upon. He was rude and didn't want to reschedule as I was making him lose money and "I was going to cancel last minute again". I explained the special circumstance and that it wasn't my intention to cancel our appointment but he was not understanding and was just plain unprofessional. I scheduled a cleaning with A1, Dan called to confirm on the day of the cleaning. Due to just moving into a new place I couldn't make the appointment so Dan said it was fine because he was working with the parade. He said the 8th would be fine. So on the day before the appointment I called him and he denied ever saying the 8th. He said he didn't have time to argue and hung up in my face, no apology! nothing! just hung up in my face.
