I got a mail box with Check max plus a few years ago and they were great. I would pick up pizza or…read morea burger for dinner on my way home. The staff was nice and they received packages for me. They would even call to let me know when something arrived. A very friendly family feel. They even let one of the ladies behind the window bring her infant in so she could keep working. Then New owners bought the place about a year ago and the place quickly went down hill... -The cost of the mail box doubled over the pervious year. -The cost of money orders tripled. -After the price of the money orders went up there was a problem and they weren't doing money orders anymore. They kept saying next month, next month... this has been going on for a solid 6 months now. -They would randomly not be open durning business hours or close early. -A constant shuffle of new faces behind the glass. Definitely not a good sign because they can't keep employees. -They went on a reduced schedule during the Covid thing but aren't open during the new posted hours & days. -They don't have a voicemail to leave a message regarding your frustrations or even figure out if they will be open. I have a package that was delivered almost 2 months ago that I can't seem to pick up because they are never open.
