Fidelity doesn't stand behind their employees for not informing you that there are different policies available. Fidelity did the title insurance on 2 property that I purchased. I didn't find out this information tell I had a problem with an encroachment and garage roof that didn't have a permit. I am now having to cover these problems myself that are over 10.000. Chase Sapphire Reserve Card: When we went to San Miguel de Allende in November, someone made a…read more$2003.10 charge on my credit card for hardware from Comer Neggler Company, which appears to be a Mexican provider of cleaning chemicals. I immediately cancelled the card and reported fraud to Chase. They "investigated" and 62 days later contacted me to say I was responsible for the charge. I have since three times challenged the charge. Each time they come back a couple of days later and tell me it's legitimate. I asked them how they decided. They said because the charge was made on my card. They have not called the vendor and asked for a receipt with a signature. I have complained to a state agency, a federal agency, the state attorney general, etc. I now have their attention at least. Next step is I am going to take Chase to small claims court and force a company representative to explain how they could go along with this fraud. Card holders beware. Chase is not a reliable partner. I am going to cancel this very expensive card; $700 per year fee, and for what? They don't stand by their customers. Take your business somewhere else. I would give them a less than one star if possible.

If you work a 9-5 pm job, the branch is not available to these customers and this does not serve them well. If the advantage of banking here is having a brick and mortar building to do your banking, this lack of availability has created a lost of incentive to remain a Wells Fargo customer. The many on-line banks are becoming much more appealing plus their high yield savings accounts offer much more interest on your savings. After 35 years of banking at WF, not sure it makes sense any more.
