The reviews…read moreseemed decent, so I felt comfortable bringing in three items for dry cleaning, including a $400 coat that needed a small repair. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The seamstress was not there when I dropped of the coat, they said that she will look and see if she can fix it and let me know by phone. I then find out that she "fixed" my coat without consulting me first, claiming the repair was necessary for the dry cleaning process. In doing so, she actually made the tear worse and ended up ruining the coat. When I tried to address the issue with the staff, the situation only got worse. The employees became defensive, rude, and belligerent. The interaction escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the store, as two male associates were behaving aggressively. I haven't even evaluated the quality of the dry cleaning yet, but at this point it's hard to say the service was worth the cost of a ruined $400 coat and the unpleasant treatment I received. It's especially disappointing because I had hoped I'd found a reliable dry cleaning and tailoring service close to home.

So I asked if him he could do half of them since I need them for work and he says he's closed on Sunday's but I can do same day pick up or pick up tomorrow, Saturday. So I say that's fine and then he looks at me with some confused look like he's never seen clothes before and says actually never mind I can't do any of them. Mind you it was 3 button down shirts and 3 pairs of pants which I was only asking for. With a rude attitude he tries to tell me maybe next time I should come earlier which I laughed off and said have a good day. Avoid this place at all costs and it seems like all the prices are jacked. There's a separate price for laundering clothes, pressing them and what not. Oh and the place is dirty not to add.

I had no idea what he was talking about until I inspected the clothing. Terrible customer service, rude and arrogant. I strongly recommend that you explore other options for your dry cleaning needs.

For how much and what I wanted done, it was so inexpensive for a great work ethic. I wish I took a before picture of the dress but take my word for it, it was sloppy, I would have to hold the dress up for it to stay. On top of that I was looking for a matching pocket square and bow tie but couldn't find one so I asked if it's possible to make it out the train she had cut off and she said she could try. As result she was able to and it was ONLY $30 for both!!! I bought pocket squares and bow ties online that I thought was like the purple for $50. She did everything within a week and accommodated to me, she made sure I was satisfied. I had a great experience working with her and will definitely work with her again in the future.

They're literally an inch too big around my waist. That's not how dress pants are supposed to fit. The same thing happened with the sleeves of the my suit jacket. They fit too long and look sloppy. They did some minor alterations but I now have a suit that still doesn't fit my body and does not have the tailored look the way it's supposed to. A complete waste of time and money. They do a fine job at the actual tailoring work, but their refusal to do what I requested suggests a high level of laziness & absolute disregard of the customer's needs. The lady also seemed very passive-aggressive in her tone. You would think people who tailor clothes for a living would know the importance of how clothes should properly fit.
