Every employee at A-1 was responsive to calls and emails and it was never difficult to check the status, as everyone was aware of the delivery I was referring to. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but A-1 Courier recently met and exceeded all my expectations. They're available on short notice, always prompt and, most importantly, cooperative in the face of adversity. I used them recently for a filing at the Secretary of State and then a foreign consulate. The recipient at each location tried to reject the filing for trivial reasons, which would have resulted in hundreds of dollars in additional fees to redo. Greg (the A-1 courier) went out of his way each time to make get the filing done. Did he have to do that? No. A-1 would have made more money if he just brought the document back to me to redo. But Greg - and all of his colleagues with whom I have spoken at A-1 - are top notch, have great work ethic, and are super helpful. I won't go anywhere else for future courier needs! The fallout from that mishap did impact my office negatively, but I'm updating my review now because the company took subsequent steps to rectify the issue. I received a personal phone call and email follow up from A-1's owner, apologizing for the mistakes on their part, providing me a refund in full (as opposed to the partial one I'd previously received), and crediting me $100 on future service.
