We have been utilizing Express Connection since 1994 and on a regular basis. They have handled everything from simple delivery to complex court filings on our behalf. We are a law firm. I have NEVER had any issue with their services, in fact they go above and beyond. They are experts at this an proactively address any chanllenges they know they might face with a phone call. Such a great experience with this messenger service, I needed some packages delivered asap I called around and no one was able to do it with short notice, some places would but it would be an extra charge. I decided to give Express Connection a try even though I was loosing hope, I spoke to a lady named Jingle her customer service was great she was willing to help me out. She took down my number and said she would call me back to see what they can do. In less than 5 minutes I get a call back saying they were able to get my packages delivered in the time frame I needed, and it wasn't as expensive as other places were charging. I actually found Express Connection through Yelp and decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. I do not have a lot of need for a courier in my area, but when I do, it is a pressing and important need. The several times I have used Express Connection over the last few years (most recently, last week), they have been extremely professional, courteous, and very fast. The price is always a little cheaper than expected as well. Their turnaround is very fast, their drivers are friendly and get your package to where it needs to go and get it there before it is needed. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Maria was AMAZING!! I am in TX and I had to schedule a pickup in California. Going from a UPS pickup point to a Residence. (both in CA). Setting up a pickup locally is one thing, but to put your box in the hands of someone in a different state, is kinda scary. She was so nice and helpful and let me explain everything! I am an individual (not a business), and have - for many years now - used Express Connection to pick up and deliver documents from my house to my CPA at tax time, as well as pick-up other packages for delivery whenever it is too much trouble to hand-deliver them the same-day, or when I need a record of a same-day delivery, or when I don't want to trust something to USPS, FedEx, etc. Express Connection has always been right on time for pick-up, and has always delivered the package by the time deadline we have agreed upon, which is usually within an hour to two for packages within the westside Los Angeles area. Just a little late with this review but I definitely wanted to leave one because I can't express enough just how great all of the folks are at Express Connection Messenger Service. We had an urgent situation come up yesterday at work and needed a courier that would not only deliver a package but also contact the receiver when they got to their destination and pick up a package from the receiver to bring back to our office. As I was notified of the need late in the afternoon, all of this had to be accomplished in 3 hours and they did it in around 2.5 hours...I was extremely impressed a we are talking late afternoon Woodland Hills to Los Angeles and back traffic. I have only good things to say about this company and their service. My experience with them is that they are courteous, helpful and reliable. From the initial phone call with Rolando I was able to discuss my delivery needs (some of which were intricate because they needed to be delivered in a specific manner) and expectations. He was professional and answered all of my questions. He was also really good about confirming deliver instructions to make sure everything went as requested. Once the order was placed the packages were picked up within minutes of their estimated pick-up time. The packages were delivered on time and they arrived perfectly. Because Rolando did such a good job at taking down detailed notes on the delivery instructions everything went smoothly and without any issues. UPDATE: (Added two stars - for price discount) The owner, Peter, reached out to me via phone and kindly thanked us for our (this order was for my company and not me personally) business and also apologized on Rolando's behalf (although, it would have carried more weight if the apology came directly from Rolando...but, I'm thankful none-the-less). Peter also provided additional instructions on the process, which wasn't provided on the first call and that was appreciated as well. He in the end, offered a price discount; therefore, I am reciprocating by changing my 2-star review to 4-star. -- Dealt with Rolando, who immediately had a tone and delivery that was unacceptable. When I first called, explained to him this is my first time using their messenger service, he was already in "system-mode" and didn't explain the process. It wasn't until I expressed to him I didn't appreciate his tone, he decided to have somewhat of a "smile" on his voice, but that didn't last long. He proceeded to ask me what my credit card number was prior to even providing what the fees would be for pick-up/drop-off. I had to ask him for that info first and then he shared what the total was. Also still waiting for my confirmation email... I've dealt with messenger services that were at least somewhat friendly and didn't just automatically drill down asking me addresses/pick-up/etc. without asking me how my day was when we first started the call. Is the company that busy that he couldn't attempt to be a little more helpful and pleasant? First and last time using this company. read more
