Rick is top notch. I hired him to help me empty two containers. He showed up early and was more than helpful. We had some pallets that had to be off loaded by hand and he jump in there and helped us out. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He is a true expert and I will definitely hire him again. Not only did he do his job with 5 star status I ran into a bind with my roll up door. When I tried to close it I noticed it was jammed at the top. Rick saved us. He came back to help us with his crane. He used the boom to reach the top and fix it. This was way out of his job description. Thank you Rick!!! I look forward to working with you again. read more

Brady and Casey were right in the middle and gave me options that I hadn't considered. I had a tenant in the house that was basically living with a dead front and backyard. We specifically asked if we needed to get a permit thru the City before removing these trees. We were told no and that in the 40 years he has worked in Redding he has never had to get one. Well.... he was wrong! If we had been given the facts, a permit would have cost us about $450.00. We paid him $6,500.00 to do the work and then the City came to us and hit us with a $16,000.00 fine. The City of Redding will not waive the fine! When we tried to talk with Bill's Tree Service and ask for our money back due to their error, they told us to basically kick rocks. Avoid doing business with this company! You are better off using a different company who knows the laws and it will save you thousands of dollars.
