And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. After the raccoon was trapped, another trap was placed to stay up there for a few days to make sure there is only one. Thanks Harries! Wow, can't say enough good things about Rich.... despite not really working in the city, Rich first…read moregave me lots of suggestions about what to look for to determine that I really had a squirrel issue, then when I followed his steps and found out that I did, he offered to come on the weekend to assess and see what he could do. After an inspection (he saw the squirrel huddled in the attic, which could only be reached by a two story climb and a walk on the steep part of my roof) Rich came up with an action plan and some backup plans....and then, in speaking to a neighbor, we realized that the problem was not going to be able to be addressed by any solution in my attic. Rich gave me suggestions on how to proceed and we did a walk around my block with him showing me exactly where the problem spots are. The cost for this? Nothing. He spent a good part of his Sunday morning stalking the squirrel, climbing up my steep roof, and sharing his knowledge on how to discourage the squirrels and wouldn't take any money because he--through no fault of his own--wouldn't be able to fix this issue. I really hope I can get the squirrel issue managed...and I hope even more that I don't get any worse kind of critter issues. But it's really nice to have someone honest, friendly, and competent to turn to when the outside critters decide to come in.

They have been responsive and fairly priced…read more Our only complaint is that service people have not been consistent long term, but we understand staffing issues and finding long-term dependable good workers is difficult. Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there. Hopefully, we can have hime service us long term or if we have to have a replacement, they are also just as thorough.

Horrible experience…read more I was connected to this company through mousecontrol.org and did not realize at the time that mousecontrol.org was acting as an intermediary. Communication was unprofessional from the start, including scheduling and arrival time issues. The technician promised to clean, disinfect, and rodent-proof my garage and crawl space. However, the "cleanup" consisted primarily of sweeping rodent droppings with a broom, and there were still visible droppings remaining afterward. The technician even sent a completion video in which some droppings were still clearly visible. To make matters worse, my garage door stopped functioning after the work was completed. Although they eventually returned and fixed it at no additional charge, I had to spend hours on the phone, and the company initially tried to pin the problem was on us! I was charged $2,500 for approximately 45 minutes of work. While some proofing work appears to have been performed, the cleanup and overall service fell far short of what was promised. I do not wish my worst enemy to deal with them. Watch out - they also operate as "A1 Wildlife And Abatement" and "Aone Wildlife And Abatement"
