My wife and I were driving our 2002 Ford 150 from Texas to Chico, CA when the engine light came on and the vehicle started to run very rough. We knew that it was going to need attention but we were in the middle of the trip, not familiar with the area and tired. We stopped, ate, stayed at a nearby hotel. The next day I searched for local mechanics that were AAA certified. Lo and behold, just a couple miles up the freeway was Ed Corley's Ford and they were AAA certified. I've never found a dealer that was AAA certified. Being Saturday we were surprised and happy that Jess (Butler) got us in right away and had us fixed up and ready to go less than 4 hours later. This was key for us, we had plane reservations to fly back to TX on Monday and could not lose a day for repairs. Ford dealer, parts in stock and repairs done. The truck hummed along great the rest of the way, even better than when we started, so this issues was going to happen eventually. My wife and I were grateful that not only we were led here but that we could fix this before gifting it to our son. In talking to Kevin Bond were happy to be in this dealership. He was very confident about the staff and they delivered. All in all we felt that it was meant to be for us to stop in Grants for the night and find Ed Corley's Ford. Terrible. I tried to schedule service--they didn't return my calls. Used their online scheduling, got a confirmation and reminders, then they acted like it didn't exist when I arrived on time. Spent $30 in gas and 3 hours of my time for nothing--not even an apology or an attempt to help me. read more

Service department is on point!!! We were on a road trip Nov 2018 and our 2014 Chevy Traverse starting running bad and smoke coming out pipe, check engine light flashing and we were in middle of what seem to be nowhere. Saturday afternoon everything in this small town is already closed, so on a whim we call this place and they tell us to come on in and they will check it out. We barely roll in and after waiting almost 3 hours and expecting a huge bill, they let us know that is was BAD GAS that was causing the problem. They let it burn off, put a bit in for us to get to gas station and only charge us the basic diagnostic fee of $60!? How awesome is that! Brought my truck in for an alignment and suspension check, been sitting on the rack for an hour and still nobody has even looked at it yet.

After 4 days of cross-country driving our truck was giving us trouble, so we stopped here to see if there was anything they could do to help. The employees were wonderful and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mike treated us very well and helped us even though our truck wasn't a Ford. Unbelievable customer service! I was passing through on my way from Las Vegas to Texas when my truck's check engine light came on. I called the dealership and spoke to Frank from the highway and he got me right in and I mean right in! In less than 3 minutes the diagnostic computer was hooked up to my truck! WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET TO BUY A CAR OR TRUCK!!! These people treat you like trash! Shop around! I paid $5,000 MORE for a car than it was worth. And there is NO service after the sale; if you have an issue, you are on your own, they will not make it right! They charge you for a Service Contract, but don't tell you it's included in the car payment--a bunch of con artists! Buy someplace else, these people are rip-off artists! read more
