Keith from JBA Towing came and hooked up their car to tow it from the lot. I spoke with Keith on the phone, and explained that I'm the owner of the property and authorized the contract with JBA Towing. He refused to drop the car that was authorized to park in MY lot. Finally he said that if we pay him $150 in cash, he will drop the car. He did not have a way to issue a receipt for the $150 to drop the car, so we insisted he hand write out a receipt for the cash. In what world is an owner of a property required to pay a towing company NOT to tow an authorized vehicle! JBA is UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. All business owners - do NOT sign a contract with JBA Towing. One wonders if I was a man who owned the property if Keith would've made him pay $150 to retrieve an authorized parked car from the JBA truck.

I'm stuck with a driveway that looks like a diesel truck parking lot. Corey promised a cleanup by a Gutter cleaning company! They're a no show. This guys a real tool. AVOID!
