These people have tinted multiple vehicles for me over the years and they always have done a good job.

I wouldn't waste my time or money to get my tint done here. Went to get my car tinted, not only was the tint done poorly where they had to redo it but they also damaged my car. They got my car information down and told me they would call back when the part arrives so they can fix it. Weeks go by and I had to call them for an update which they then said the owner will pay me for the part and labor and to call back later at a time he will be there at the store. I call back and I get told the owner is not there and they will call me back when he is, they later call back and I spoke to who they claimed was the owner and told me a date to come pick up the money, which I later found out wasn't even the owner as said himself. It took almost a whole month to get my car fixed due to miscommunication and lack of professionalism from this business. read more

Friendly people,always took my cars there, no problem, took them my 2026 Yukon, brand new,left with a cut on my driver side window, they didnt take responsibility for it, they told me they dont use knives to cut tink, then what they use then? READ before you decide to do business with them. Called to get an estimate to get 5 windows tinted and the brow on my sedan. They seemed nice over the phone and my spouse had gotten his truck tinted with them years ago without issues. Go quoted $200 so we take my car there, they said it would take an hour and a half. Got the car back and was told not to roll the windows down for 5 days which we followed. Upon inspecting the brow area... there were so many bubbles and the passenger side started to peel from the bottom ... we couldn't even roll the windows down because it would peel more! Called them and they stated they don't have a warranty and we would have to pay... I still had my spouse take it in. When he did the old man was so rude giving him attitude like it was our fault they did a shitty job! And to top it off it hadn't even been a month that shit started to peel! We didn't have to pay them to fix their shitty work but save yourself the trouble of rude ass old man and take your business elsewhere. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY!!! They do not put your panels or other interior compartments on correctly. I have many broken interior parts. My friend also just got some expensive merchandise stolen from there during the installation. If you have a nice vehicle they have no knowledge in putting it back together. I complained and they said they would fix it. After 8 hours I finally go pick my car up and my windows are all scrapped up the tint has scratches.. this "professionals" need more training. Not Happy with work and attitude of older man .Not good as we waited he attempted 3 times and could not get it right finally said he was done it was dark so we paid and left . We noticed next morning tint looked like a litte kid could of done better ,we took back so they could re-do it. Man said it suppose to Look that way. I went to get windows tinted and realized one of the two guys tinting my windows stole a brand new cologne I had In a giftbox from my trunk by the time I realized this it was closed ..I went back first thing in the morning only to be told the owner a guy name Thomas is was not there but through one of his vendors told me his truck was there so he had to be there....so one owner was weak to avoid the situation and I said hey can you look at cameras in your shop and instead of being like okay let's resolve this he says call the cops....so I did and here I am....this guy is one bad business owner he didn't even try to call anyone of the two guys who did my tint...who by the way both of them weren't there sounds like he hires shady people. read more

I recently went back to get my windows re tinted because after 3 years of having it on, it started to bubble. I went in with the receipt and they wanted to charge me $120 for labor. Which I find to be a ridiculous price being that I payed $150 for the entire tint when I first got it. I went in a second time just to get my tint removed, the least they could do is remove the tint. Which of course no surprise they wanted to charge me for labor for a job that they obviously did that was not well done. I spoke to Omar and he said that the warranty only lasts for three years, on the receipt it says lifetime, it's no where posted in the shop nor the receipt that it's only three years warranty. I asked to speak to the owner Thomas and they said that they do not know when he shows up to the shop. Completely upset with the quality of work. read more

Worst place EVER! Do not waste your money. They ruined my window seals during installation. Then the tint they used is so cheap that darkness fades completely back to stock after one summer. They say they have a lifetime warranty on tint but when u bring it back they say they no longer offer that. read more

Llame a este lugar para ver si podrían cambiar mi vidrio que tiene sensor. Lo lleve y me cobraron $279 por cambiar el vidrio de frente, y me cobraron por ponerme un vidrio original del carro. Se lo cambiaron. Me fui cuando empezaron las lluvias noté que mi sensor de lluvia no sirvió. Lo lleve y les expliqué que después de su trabajo el sensor no funcionaba. Me dijeron que eso no tenía nada que ver con su trabajo. Que lo llevara a otro lado a que le cambiaran el sensor. Lo lleve al dealer a que le cambiaran el sensor, se lo cambiaron y siguió el problema. Investigaron y notaron que el vidrio había sido replasado mal con un vidrio aftermarket, cuando los sensores no funcionan con ese vidrio. Y luego fui para tras con recibos de ellos y dealer y notas de dealer. El señor aún lo niego. Y se negaron a solucionar el problema con la excusa que tienen un cartelón enfrente de oficina de No rembolso, prácticamente diciendo que no son responsables de su mal trabajo. O si no que pagará $2000 para que ahora si me pusieran un vidrio original. Y ahora yo tuve que pagar sensor que no se necesitaba pagar y volver a pagar vidrio original en otro lugar. read more

Went in last year to get my windows tinted and I told them I wanted what I could LEGALLY get. I've never had to get windows tinted so I didn't really know what to expect but I do know that they told me what I had was legal and I shouldn't have any problems. Well I got a ticket for my windows and I called them to explain to them that I was lied to and overcharged no one would help me and they were very rude. I'm giving two stars because of how nice the man was BUT I dropped my car off at 2:45pm and went back at 4:45pm Thursday afternoon and the tint on my car still wasn't done which is fine, I didn't schedule an appointment. Come Saturday night I finally look closely at the tint and there were tons of tiny bubbles underneath the tint on the front two windows of my car, I haven't inspected the back windows but I will be going back Monday morning to have them fix and I will update review read more

Horrible experience!!!!! As soon as I picked up my car I notices bubbles with Dirt in them in every single window, I pointed it out and they said I had to wait 2 week. 2 weeks pass and it looked the same, I called and went in. Their lifetime warranty is bogus!! It'll only cover the tint but you are still responsible to pay the $120.00 labor. DO NOT GO HERE!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Please do not go here for tint if you care about looks, longevity, and quality. Tint started peeling a day later, and the dude didn't even cut the tint the shape of the window... it literally doesn't even cover the glass. I am now in the process of suing this shop. I took my truck to the dealer because my rear defroster was ruined and it wouldn't work. The dealer has an official statement saying the broken defroster was shorted out because of a terrible job installing tint, and whoever installed it did the job incorrectly and caused the back glass defroster to short out. A1 ignored us for weeks and then LIED about so many things to the Better Business Bureau. Currently taking them to small claims court for refusing to comply and fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. Terrible customer support and A1 tints statement to the Better Business Bureau about what has happened is laughable at the amount of lies that they have said. read more

Do not believe when the receipt say lifetime warranty!!! I got my windows tinted there 2014 now they're all faded, so I called and he said he only offers warranty on the material not the labor. Originally I paid $150 and now he said to do them again it would be $120. That is not lifetime warranty!! Tint used is cheap and had bubbles that he said would go away but never did.
