This place lost a loyal customer with really subpar customer service. I had been utilizing this supply store when I needed a quick ream of paper, file folders or binders. They are pretty pricey but I wanted to do my part and help out local businesses. But, after going to the notary here, I will never go back. I tried twice to use her services and both times it was very uncomfortable. The first time she hassled me because of the way I sign my name. I told her I've signed that way since I was sixteen and it's never been a problem before. It doesn't seem to be a problem for Post Haste but it was definitely a problem for Chelsea. I don't want to have to pay to argue with the person behind the counter. I will simply take my business elsewhere if you can't treat me like a human being. I tried two different times to work with her because I needed a notary for several transactions. I didn't want to have to leave McKinleyville for notary services. I even tried complementing her ring to break the ice and get her down off her high horse. No luck, she just scowled at me. It was real mean girl energy and I just don't have time for high school games. This is business. If I'm a paying customer I don't think it's too much to ask to just be pleasant.
