"Refurbished" to Charm City Appliances means a broken appliance that doesn't even have its main function working, and has other more minor broken parts as well, and this is on TOP of the scratches and dents which, again, a simple "refurb" isn't supposed to have ANY of. I went there expecting a good deal on a refurb or scratch'n'dent appliance. Instead what I got delivered to me was a broken appliance and a mean, condescending, and rude delivery guy. Never ever ever do business with this scammy shop which fails to do the bare minimum of what is expected of them: sell you a working appliance. I'm shocked regulators or lawsuits haven't put a stop to their shady business by now.
