They came out the night of the day we called. They inspected/cleaned/dried areas affected by our small flood. Were very respectful of our family/pets while they worked. The receptionist was very fake in her concern and didn't offer any help. I had to call another company last minute to get what I needed. They didn't care that I lost out on a full days work, they didn't care that I needed the work to be done today and they offered no other solution for today. They are not reliable and I will not be using this company

They all looked pieced together from spare parts, most did not even have matching colors, black this, white that. The glasstop stoves were all horribly scratched up on the surface. Really not impressed AT ALL.
