After living in South Florida for so many years and having the same cleaning service for most of my time there, it was really difficult to find that same kind of caring and efficiency here. We'd tried several different companies with no luck. One company would use at least 2 rolls of paper towels each time! Then we found A+ and Nadia. Can't recommend Nadia and her crew enough. I've used NJ cleaning service, routinely every 6 weeks, for about a year. Nadia and her team do a great job, top to bottom. I have a four story row home and they always make it look showroom fresh! Little things, like cleaning out the microwave, dusting in every little corner really show the attention to detail. I am only reviewing the booking process. Never made it to the cleaning. I messaged Nadia through yelp and asked her how much it would be for a monthly and bi-weekly cleaning. She responded promptly via yelp and asked where I was located, how many rooms, and what type of service and frequency. I told her that I was in Port Richmond and that I was interested in a monthly or biweekly, standard or deepclean. She sent me the cleaning packages without any quotes via email. I responded and asked for the quotes. She took 2-3 days and sent me a quote for monthly. I had to write another reply for the biweekly quote. She finally responded and said she could only do monthly because of the distance. So basically I wasted my time when initially she could have told me that bit of information. My guess is that she is overbooked since she has her services are on groupon. I wouldn't waste my time setting up anything with her. The level of professionalism just isn't there. I am confident that lack of professionalism would have been present in the service and in my home. *As you can see from her response to my post and her response to others that have had issues, the level of professionalism is just not there. I ended up booking with Cleaning MD's. Interestingly enough, it didn't take 5 days and they even came to my home same day and quoted me on the spot. read more

I tried out A+ Affordable due to the positive Yelp reviews and Nadia's prompt response to my initial inquiry. I've never used a cleaning service before. But my family--which includes a preschooler, an infant and a dog--was moving from our apartment to a house and we needed help. I first hired Nadia and her assistant to do a move-in clean on our new home. Nadia responded within hours to my Yelp message and followed up with a thorough phone call in which we discussed my needs. She asked very good questions about my preferences. After the phone call, she was very quick and efficient in communicating via text. This is huge as some people in business can leave much to be desired in the communication department. We had to reschedule due to delays with getting our house rewired and she was very flexible and understanding. When Nadia and her crew member Anthony were done, I was amazed with the condition of the house. There was a lot of dust due to rewiring and they got rid of it. Additionally, the bathroom, kitchen and basement looked fantastic. A few days later, Anthony came to clean our apartment after we moved out. Nadia was again very flexible with scheduling. She accommodated my request to schedule for a bit later in the morning even though I believe she preferred an earlier start. Anthony was late by a half hour but Nadia cleared up his ETA for me with a text and call. And since Anthony was traveling by public transit, I understood. Again, all communication was very clear. When I returned to the apartment, I was again amazed. With a dog and young kids, I'll admit it is hard to keep up with cleaning so it was no easy task. The place looked and smelled phenomenal and the kinda gross tub and fridge were spotless. The prices are also incredibly affordable. I really don't think you can get this match in quality and price anywhere else. I would definitely work with Nadia and her crew again. read more

Over the years I've had many good cleaning people, but Nadia is far ahead of the rest! Not only is she professional, responsive and a wonderful woman, her cleaning skills are superior to anyone else I ever used. My refrigerator was cleaner than when I bought it. She did exactly what I requested and turned off the air conditioning and locked the door. Maybe that doesn't seem like much, but others forgot to lock the door. I booked with this service to have them clean my house before our wedding. They were scheduled to come between 9 and 9:30. I get a text at 9:10 asking about parking. 50 minutes later, after no contact at all I got a text saying they were cancelling because they couldn't find parking, which I could have helped with if they had only called. I highly recommend Nadia and her service! She first came to our place to do a move-out cleaning, and after she was done I wanted to continue living there. It has never looked that clean! I was so pleased that I had her come back and do a move-in cleaning at our new place. Again I was very happy! Like the other reviewer said, her attention to details really made her stand out from the other cleaners I have had experienced with. Little things, like cleaning the trash can, dusting every corner and knob, Nadia would clean your house like you would do it yourself. I found her very responsive and professional as well. I intended to hire the company for a Move Out Cleaning and after a few emails with more than enough time, we were booked. The day before the appointment I reached out to confirm and was notified that Nadia had sent a message that the company does not service our area, a message I never received. I was greatly disappointed because it does say on the website that they service Montgomery County but somehow East Norriton is excluded. Nadia did offer to honor the appointment since it was a move out cleaning, which I appreciated. Our appointment was scheduled for 7am-8am and unfortunately, that morning she notified me at 7:37am that she was over an hour away and would need to reschedule. Since it was a move out cleaning, we could not reschedule and were left with little time for cleaning. Since she knew the address ahead of time, then I don't believe she should have been mapping it at 7:37am in the morning when you are due to be somewhere by 8am. Scheduled a cleaning for June 4 at 8-8:30 and no one showed up. We waited for an hour with no call or message. I left a message on Yelp at 9:45 and Nadia called at 9:50 to and told me she didn't know what happened, and she could not get a hold of the people who were suppose to come and that they were not able to come later today. Horrible and waste of time! Nadia was scheduled to come to my apartment today at 10:30 am. I was waiting all morning and then she said sorry I'm running late I will be there at 12:00 so I said fine. It is 12:10 and she said she cannot come because her "grandma is ill and she needs to see her". This was out of the blue and it sounded like an excuse. Nadia and her staff are wonderful! I tried several other cleaning companies before I finally found her. I have not used anyone else since. She is very attentive to detail, puts everything right back in its place after dusting and vacuuming and my bathrooms and kitchen are always spotless and so clean; these things are most important to me and Nadia then makes it important to her and her staff.
