I needed a place to swim laps and Brantley is the ONLY public pool in northwest Orange County/Seminole County that has a pool open before summer. I thought it was crazy that none of the following offer lap swimming prior to June: Farnsworth (Winter Garden), City of Ocoee, or Westmonte Pool (Altamonte Springs). Thankfully Brantley was open for a fee of $3 per day. Besides being massive the pool is clean and is a comfortable temperature. A little chilly when you first hop in but you appreciate the temperature after you've swam a few laps. I was there on a Friday morning and essentially had the place to myself. The staff was preparing for a swim meet that weekend so were busy moving canopies and chairs. The pool is 25 yards wide and 50 meters long. This day is was set up for the short distance. There were about 5 lanes set up in the shallow end. There are some low and high diving boards in the deep end. On the shallow side there is this movable platform that extends the width of the pool. This allows for the pool to be divided into one small, shallow area separate from the rest of the pool. This would be great for beginner lessons. On the day I was there a group of special needs kids were enjoying the small pool. There is a nearby BBQ grill the staff was taking advantage of. My biggest critique would be that there is this huge pool with ONE bathroom. Yes, one single stall for men, one for ladies. No locker rooms, no changing rooms. This single stall doesn't even have a bench for you to put your stuff on. I felt pressured to change quickly so I didn't hog the bathroom. I couldn't imagine sharing this single bathroom during the height of summer or during a swim meet when hundreds of people crowd the pool! BTW... to get to the pool use the staff/employee entrance to Lake Brantley High School. Follow the road ALL THE WAY around, behind the school. There is a dirt/gravel parking lot to the side of the pool, past the "staff" parking spots.

As an avid and self-proclaimed obsessive researcher, I read all of the reviews, looked at all of the pictures and checked all of the BBB ratings! Pools By Bradley stood out and well above the rest! It was so important to find an honest company known for outstanding quality and customer service...which is what we found in Pools By Bradley! We wanted, and thankfully received, personal, personable, and attentive service before, during and most uniquely, after our project build! They have always made us feel like we are their most important client, even though I'm sure our build was not their biggest! (lol). They listened to all of our wants and wishes...the EXCEEDED them! We could not be happier with our gorgeous pool and recommend Pools By Bradley to everyone we meet because they have proved themselves to be the ABSOLUTE BEST!

My experience was amazing right from the beginning. no pressure sales, very laid back and informitave group of employess. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bradley and His Wife Megan, Outstanding people. I wish all my major projects were this enjoyable. They have so many different ones to choose from such as strength training, pilates, yoga, to even barre which Im very excited to try next, amongst many more. I recently did the bike cycling class and my immediate expectations weren't high since I just assumed their couldn't be much to it. However, the instructor Sharon was so motivating and incorporated the resistance bar which was a game changer and really helped get a real work out in. I can't say enough about the Yoga and Pilates instructors too - always a beautiful zen like feeling you get here on top of your workout. The classes are at different times of the day too so there's a lot of flexibility and extremely accommodating if you might get there a few minutes late. It's easy to reserve your class on the app and you can easily delete your booking beforehand if something comes up. All the instructors bring their own unique style and you can see which ones are going to teach what in case you may have a preference. Very importantly, the bathrooms, showers, and steam room are always in tip top shape. The Y here makes me look forward to my wellness routine and truly gives me the best bang for my buck, that's sincerely priceless.

AFTER I bought my pool is when things went wrong, just as the other reviewers suggested. First the install would be 2-2.5 weeks tops. Then after I ask for a paid in full receipt twice I was given an install date 3.5 weeks out. Ok, fine. I'm cool with it. I never heard a word about the install until after I had to reach out which stinks. After you drop a couple grand it would be nice if they'd follow up, ok fine. The appointment is Tuesday, gets switched to Monday a holiday, cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday again. On Tuesday the installed calls says I'm in JAX. Either I can show up there late or tomorrow. I prefer to have an morning install so the guy is fresh and doesn't rush to leave, fine no problem. Here's where the fun starts, they show up, no hoses. The installer then asks me 3 times if I'd be willing to run to the store to get the hoses. Are you kidding me??!! I work from home and I have calls/meetings scheduled, besides I'm not leaving you at my home alone while I run to get you parts. Sheesh! Then after I was told I had paid for the install in full, he tries getting another $80 from me to level the ground. I lost it!!! Tried calling the manager who left me on hold while he took the installers call. The installer then says everything is fine it's paid for. Ok, good they're paid I'm good. They left ALL of the trash from the install laying in my yard including fast food cups, empty chew cans and cigarette butts. They also left the ladder in the box on my deck and said there's your ladder. It took me nearly 3 hours to put it together. Bottom line, shop around first! Ask for install and post sale customer service reviews. I now wish I had.

The…read morecontractor this company has for above ground pool installation is highly unorganized, to say the least. Instead of installing our pool on the scheduled day, when my boyfriend had to take off work to be home...they showed up at 8pm, said we needed a bobcat, then proceeded to say they will "try to get one for tomorrow morning and come do the work but they are going to be in Jacksonville for the rest of the week doing pool installs." Needless to say, they never tried to get one and they never showed up the next day to work on the pool. Probably because my boyfriend seemed like such an "understanding guy" as they referred to him. After them having to come back to our house on 3 different occasions they finally got the pool up and left every single bit of garbage behind (including their Gatorade bottle) and left our gate wide open without even saying a word when they left. If you're looking to do the installation for yourself, this place has great deals...but I implore you to NOT let their contracting installers put your pool up or you will be in for a hellacious ride.
