I am beyond happy with my experience here so far. My husband and I are moving and we need a storage unit for our entire home until we find a house. I Yelp everything and this location for storage is the only one that has 5/5 stars and amazing customer service. I read the reviews about Alex and when I just so happened to call in today, he's the one I had the pleasure of speaking with. From the moment he answered, Alex was professional and didn't jerk me around with prices and empty promises. He got my husband and I the best deal on our unit and even helped us decide which size would be the most beneficial for us. Needless to say, after countless websites for research and calling numerous numbers, I'm very pleased with my experience today. The best part is I got to book everything over the phone! What I can say with certainty is Alex made a unpleasant thing (getting a storage) seamless and he knows his job so well that he didn't add not 1 small bit of stress or uncertainty to my plate. Words can't express how grateful I am for the Manager Alex and Jackie at A-American storage. Their service was the best I've ever received from a storage company. My family had to move all of our stuff and throw a lot out because our kitchen caught on fire which turned our life upside down and making us temporarily homeless until we find another place. We were looking for storage we needed for about 3 months . We stopped in and were meet by the Assistant Manager. Explained what we needed, he gave us several options we choose one . He gave us a fantastic deal which included a military discount . Manager was very knowledgeable, fast, very efficient. He offered us use of moving truck, and gave us a tour of our unit . I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great price, great selection of units , place is very clean as well as our storage unit . I was in need of emergency storage and happened to drive-by A-American self storage on 10th St. West in Palmdale. I decided to stop and the manager on site, Alex, was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to get me a storage unit that fit my price and belongings. I have rented self storage units at many places and this place by far has had the best rates. I called in for prices and the gentleman named Brent had great customer service- his politeness and patience drew me to come and check out the place. I ultimately settled for a street container which wasn't my first preference but the size of the unit and the cost was unbeatable. All my issues and concerns were addressed, thus making me a very happy customer.
