The folks here recognize repeat customers, but due to their new computer system, you have to tell them specifically. The price to fix a small crack in a windshield is about $100 cheaper here than their Safelite competitors located directly across Winchester Road. I do wish that they would either dismantle or repair their broken clock on their sign located in front of their shop. It's a bad look. (also: This was once a family-owned business.
