When our washing machine stopped draining, we called A&A major appliances service which gave us a window of 2-4pm on the same day for a service technician to come troubleshooting the issue. At 3pm, the technician called and opened the conversation asking us to call someone else as he was confused with our address and hung up. Following the abrupt conversation, we called their office and explained the situation; the dispatcher mentioned that she was puzzled as to why the technician would be confused as he allegedly commonly serviced our area and told us she would call him back to inquire. About five minutes later, we got a call back from her stating that she didn't understand as to why he was confused and revealed that, as the technician was the owner, there was nothing she could do to change his mind and that we needed to call another company. She concluded the conversation by reiterating that she didn't understand as to why the technician/owner was confused given that his company had allegedly been around for 30 years and that they had commonly serviced our area over the course of that period... Not only did this "appointment" prevent us from calling another company on that day thinking that we would get a technician during the allocated window, but no apologies nor reason were ever given as to why our address was suddenly confusing halfway through the allocated time window. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you require an appliances service call as there is no guarantee your booking would ever be fulfilled with A&A appliances service. read more
