These guys are absolutely great. Very professional, and very cooperative. We had a difficult situation. My father in law lives in Denver and my wife and I live in Philly. Dad had an accident, and his car was totaled. A and A made arrangements to pick up the vehicle from the tow yard, but the tow yard wanted my father in law to be there to hand over the title and sign paperwork. It was very difficult trying to figure out how to get my 81 year old father in law all the way to the tow yard. He couldn't get a rent a car and probably would have had to take 2 buses and that would have taken about 90 minutes to get to the tow yard. This morning Dad just didn't feel up to it, and my wife and I couldn't come up with a workable solution. Well, we didn't realize that an amazing man from A and A named Matt would come to the rescue. After I explained the entire situation, and asked Matt whether A and A could pick my father in law up, he politely said they couldn't do that for insurance purposes. So I figured there was very little hope of making this workout. I figured maybe try Uber, but I know that my wife is very skeptical about that. So I was about to cancel everything and throw in the towel. Then suddenly, about 5 minutes later, Matt calls me, and he has a very creative out of the box idea. He's terrific. He suggested that his driver could and would go out of his way to stop at my father in law's home. The driver would pick up the title to the car, he would pay Dad for the car, he would take a photo of Dad's driver ID, Dad would sign whatever else he needed to sign, and he would then be paid cash for his vehicle. What an amazing turn of event! Contrary to our expectations, we no longer had to struggle to figure out how we could possibly get Dad to the towing place. Amazingly enough, Matt figured it all out, without my having needed to ask him anything whatsoever about a possible alternative way to resolve our dilemma. Matt solved our problem without me even having ever asked him to help solve our challenge. Now that is a perfect example of a man taking ownership and being totally proactive, professional, kind, and caring. Now if that is outstanding customer service, I don't know what is. I asked for a quote using Yelp and got a call from Patrick the same afternoon. Only one other company I contacted got back to me a few days later with a quote. The pick up went smoothly and they arrived on time. Got some cash and hopefully someone will find some ways to reuse the materials from the car. read more

I had a vehicle that I called to get a quote on and they told me that for my vehicle I would get between $450-$550. I was glad to hear that this included towing. I set up an appointment to have my vehicle hauled away for recycle and they showed up on time. The upsetting part was that they low-balled me on the price they were willing to pay, offering me $50 below the lowest amount they told me I would get. Needless to say I was not terribly happy with that. read more

BEWARE!!! I called last Friday and got a quote for 175-200. I asked why the difference and was told it was dependent on the cat. I told them straight up there was a hole in it. I was told it would be the 175 because of the cat. So I was told the price would be 175. There was supposed to be someone to pick it up Saturday around noon. I waited around the phone for hours then had life to get too. Called them back today (monday) to find out what happened. Apparently they wrote my phone number down wrong. So they said they would be here around 2. Dispatcher gave the driver the wrong address finally got here at 3. Then I was told he could give me 160 for it. I was outraged after all I went through trying to get this company out here. So he called his people and very obviously tried playing head games making it out to be me that was making the problems because I wouldn't go under 175 and that he was going to give my title back and tell me he could only do 160. Don't count on me being that stupid chick that has no clue whats going on. I wasn't born yesterday. So I send him on his way and called to talk to a manager who tells me oh well they shouldn't have quoted you that high and it all depends on when our guy looks at it for the price. Non of which I was told over the phone. Then he was willing to come back out and give me the 175 for it. No thank you. I will not be treated like that. I hope the person that sold the white truck up on the bed before me didn't get walked all over like they did with me because this is not how anyone should be treated. Watch out if you are going to do business with this company. I only wish I could do 0 stars, giving them 1 is too much in my opinion. read more
