I paid $40 bucks for 2nd day air...if it took one day later no big deal. I have never seen such insane logistics...my keys went to California ( So Cal) and than went to Hawaii....like what the Fuck??? Dropped off my package 11/11 and will now hopefully get there 11/15....Maybe UPS should have a 4 day air? Needless to say I think I will use FedEx from now on.

I have done some shipping here, but most frequently I check my friend's mailbox and/or pick up her packages. This store has a very good system for tracking received packages. The customer receives an electronic notice when an item arrives, each package gets a large label with the box number, and retrieving an item when you arrive at the store is straightforward. The only downside of this location is the cramped and very busy parking lot. However, there is also an underground parking garage with a convenient staircase that comes up right next to the UPS Store entrance.

I had to track down answers myself while my entire crew sat idle on site. That was just the start. The scissor lift broke down during the rental and needed maintenance, costing us another full day. Then the lift was removed from our job site without any notice or scheduled pickup, causing more confusion and downtime. After all of this, I assumed we'd both move on. Instead, two months of silence later, I received an invoice asking for more money. When I pushed back, they cited fine print in the contract and tried to downplay the delivery delay by claiming it didn't affect our work. It absolutely did. I've never had a rental experience this disorganized. Between the late delivery, broken equipment, unauthorized removal, lack of communication, and then being billed more after the fact, I would not recommend this company to anyone who depends on equipment showing up on time to keep a project on schedule.

We mostly wandered around awestruck at the scope and quality of what CSU has created for their branch in Denver. There are three buildings, each with a different focus. Hydro deals with water, Terra with food, and Vida with animal health, including the Temple Grandin Equine Center and a partnership with Humane Colorado. These are research/education centers with a strong connection to the public via labs, workshops, and interactive exhibits. CSU experts in agriculture, water quality, and veterinary science provide K-12 programs, summer camps, and higher education as a hub for innovation and community engagement. Major components of Hydro include the Denver Water Quality Laboratory, the CSU offices, multiple conference rooms and classrooms, multiple exhibits about water, the Confluence Theater, the Hydro Teaching Lab, the Sensory Room, a nicely landscaped outdoor patio, and the Little Finch coffee shop/café. Terra offers a teaching kitchen; labs for sensory testing, dairy, produce, and meat; the community food/sensory garden; conference rooms; the Controlled Environment Horticulture Lab; multiple exhibits; classrooms; the Learning Lab; labs for microbiology, molecular biology, water, instruments, and soil/plants; and the hydroponic greenhouse. The key features of Vida are the Humane Colorado Veterinary Hospital, the Temple Grandin Equine Center, and the Equine Sports Medicine Rehabilitation and Conditioning Center. Other highlights are extensive art exhibits, the virtual reality anatomy classroom, the observation areas for the on-view surgical suite and spay/neuter clinic; and observation of the horse arena and the Sports Medicine rehabilitation facilities plus numerous exhibits throughout the building explaining all of these functions. Thank goodness for the coffee shop as we were overwhelmed just by the experience of walking through the buildings and needed a break to regroup. These facilities are amazing and many functions are available to the public for help, inquiry, and learning.
