Jose arranged it for me to have a rental car for free for a few days until the part arrived and the pan was replaced. I got home and I thought oil was not added to the motor; even my husband thought the same. I informed Jose (after hours) and he came right over to check it out and he reassured us. The oil used now is so light and thinner, and almost looks like cooking oil; my husband's and I could not see it, and could hardly feel it, until Jose pointed it out and explained the different car oils now being used.
