Our truck had total brake failure. We had it towed in to repair the brakes. Knowing that we had heavy duty brake pads and rotors put on 2300 miles previous, we asked that all old brake parts be saved for inspection for damage. While in the shop, work on suspension was also suggested. We did not have them work on the suspension. When "repairs" were done, they had conveniently not saved the "damaged pads and rotors". There had been no grinding or squealing to indicate that pads had worn into the rotors. Those "repairs" ran over $2000 and bought us about 5 months when the brakes went into failure again. This time, we took the truck to an independent shop. The shop found black brake fluid and an occluded line. The brake line was connected to the master cylinder at an angle and was one turn from coming undone. At best Parker may have topped off the brake fluid but clearly didn't change it or bleed the line. And while we were charged for a new master cylinder, it didn't appear to have been recently replaced. Without knowing that suspension work had been recommended, the independent shop had done a visual inspection and determined that everything in the suspension system "looked good". So basically, Parker Ford charged us for unneeded parts, charged for a part (master cylinder) that didn't appear to be replaced, failed to properly and adequately repair the brake system, and recommended unnecessary repairs. As far as we're concerned, Parker Ford can't be trusted. read more

went in for warranty work and came out with no working console. Also, they charged me a diagnostic fee on the console they broke. I no longer even have a backup camera which worked when I went in. read more

My family and I traveled to Parker, AZ to RV on the Colorado River. We had a brand new 2022 RV (Ford 350 Engine) and the power steering hydrolic hose came lose and leaked to where I had no power steering or breaks. We had a Mobile Mechanic Service come to help us out, but because the hose was a Ford part it needed to be ordered from a Ford dealership. The mechanic went to Parker Ford Motor Company and was told the soonest the part could be delivered was 2 day (OK) but the two days went by, and wrong part was ordered. Now told it would be another 3 days before part would arrive - OK I'm stuck - no steering, no brakes so I wait. Come to find out the part can not be simply ordered - it needs to come straight from Ford in Detroit, it will take another week to 10 days at the EARLIEST. Parker Motor Company has a Rental Car department, can I get a rental so I can drive home while we wait for the part (NO Cars Available - it's not Ford's problem that Ford's brand new 2022 engine had a bad power steering hose, and I was on my own - stuck on side of road). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - not from Parts, not from Service, not from the Rental Car receptionist. A brand new FORD vehicle breaks down and leaves a customer stranded in the AZ desert - and FORD can't be bothered to help somewhat remedy the emergency the customer is now found himself in. THANKS FOR NOTHING Parker Ford Motor Company - I will NEVER recommend anyone to use your services for anything. read more

They are extremely rude, said they did not have to work with us after simply requesting a loaner vehicle and then hung up the phone on us. IF I could give them a 0 I would. I bought a truck from them and Dan the salesman was great. Ac did not work when I bought it he came picked it up and had it repaired that day.. 16 months later I took it back to them for same issue AC. The service department started my vehicle on a Thurs and I got it back the following Tuesday and paid $1000.00 for the repair. The AC worked good for a couple of days and gradually was no so efficient. I took it to the service dept talked to Serge and he was very rude to me telling me I will have to wait over a week. I am a 60 yr old lady drives 40 miles each way to work and I just paid a $1000 to drive an unconditioned vehicle with temps in excess of 110. This is not acceptable. My husband called him as in inspected vehicle and no Freon at all in my Truck, Serge was very rude and nasty to him as well. We will be filing a dispute with them and will not take another vehicle there for repairs. I have lost all trust with them and you have to be able to trust your mechanic. The service advisor Joe is such a nice guys My car broke down and I had it towed. They took my extended warranty and took care of all of the headache!!! Gave me a ride to and from the shop. Most pleasant shop I have ever been to. Oh and I took my Chrystler even though they were a mainly ford dealer, not a problem at all. Will remain a customer here!!! Been here for oil changes since then and they haven't been so great, forgot to re attach my grill to my fender, didn't check any other fluids, so I brought it back and they fixed the issue! Just make sure when leaving you go over your veh before exiting. read more

Company doesn't deserve even a one star rating. Many problems from the beginning of service. Sergio lied about being able to find a gas tank in town for us, said he looked all day so it will cost us 2,000. We called and found 3 in town with in 30 minutes , reported it to Josh and he fixed it after back peddling for a bit. But thats not the worst of it they sent us back to California with not one of the four bolts in our drive shaft !!! Thats down a two lane highway and an interstate !!! 1200 to repair once we got home and two Tows! We called Josh and after informing him we would go to corporate he agreed to pay for the repairs. They didn't offer to pay for the tows and refused to compensate us for the inadequate unprofessional incomprehensible, not to mention the lives they put in danger. Corporate does not recognize this company as a ford dealer and has very little control on how they serve their customers!!! Go to Havasu if you can!!! read more

They are not honest. They told my friends that their older truck could not be repaired as the parts were not available. They sold them an inferior truck with questionable history (recalls, problems with that model from conception). Someone at the dealership ended up purchasing their original vehicle the day it came in. Very shady! read more

We had terrible service here at our home town Ford dealership. Took our 2017 Ford F-150 in because it was overheating. It needed a new part and since we had a warranty we asked them to please call the warranty people. Was told "they don't call on warranties" because they don't recognize them. I talked the service manager, Sergio, into calling them and he said they told them it would be 3 days to get authorization for payment. I called the warranty people on the 3rd day and was told this had already been authorized, that they would make payment within the hour after they received the emailed invoice. When we went to get the pickup we were charged for the whole bill - $600+ because Sergio was too lazy to email them the invoice. DON'T Go here for vehicle service if it's under warranty, they will not use the warranty. Also TERRIBLE customer service. We will not use them again, will be using Bradley Ford in Havasu or elsewhere. read more

SO HELPFUL! Long story, short... We were stranded at our house in Big River after changing out the fuel filters in our F350 on a Sunday. Unfortunately, a lot of places in the area are closed on Sunday. Our first call was to Napa in Havasu, since Parker Motor Company was closed, and someone assured us that they would have the appropriate part delivered on Monday to the Paker Napa by mid-day. After calling Napa about 10 times to ensure that our part was ready to be picked up (mind you, we were going to be bringing our off-road car into town since we were literally stranded). Napa sent our part to Havasu! Frantically, I called Parker Motor Company and not only were they so helpful, they had the part in stock! After ensuring that if was the appropriate part, they DELIVERED THE PART TO OUR HOUSE! If you want to talk about customer service, this is it! I am so impressed with their customer service, quality, and attitude, we will be coming back year after year. I was so disappointed with Napa, and will never be back there again. I was a vendor in Quartzsite during the January 2018 RV Tent Show. My 2000 Ford Excursion wouldn't start the morning after I arrived from Colorado. To shorten the story it had been on two tow trucks and in two other privately owned shops in Parker and Quartzsite before towing the rig to Parker Ford. It proved to be a difficult diagnostic but the tech finally figured out the problem, a module that controls the injector system. There were some other issues including having to tow my rig BACK to their shop after they thought they fixed it, and a little bit of sloppy work that I wasn't pleased with..HOWEVER, upon explaining my issues to the owner he agreed that the items on my grievance list were legit and they took care of it through my local Ford dealership in Grand Junction, CO . Took our F450 in for an oil change and a new key. Oil change was fine, key reprogramming was not successful. Key didn't work correctly, took it back the next day and after some frustration found out that they didn't have the right key. Wasted 3 hours and probably $18 worth of diesel on a second trip to Parker without a positive result. The refund did not include the sales tax, had to make yet another call to get that back. I don't think we'll be back, too much hassle. read more

These guys were not very helpful at all. To start they over charged me on a diagnostic test and they tried to over charge to fix my bent tie rod knowing I needed to get back home. I found a shop just a a few miles up ahead and they fixed my car for 300$ cheaper. This place just wants your money. read more

Took my '12 F150 in because the power rear slider would not open. I figured the service manager would be able to show me which fuse was not working, it had to be a simple fix, right? No, of course they couldn't do that. Had to make an appointment. Did so (earliest was three days later), took the vehicle in. There tech said he had no problem opening the window (note this seems to be an intermittent known problem when you do a search). Ok, i can understand you can't fix something that is working. BUT they charged me an hour to do nothing. I asked the woman at the desk, she said the minimum charge to bring it in was 1/2 hour. I asked then why I wasn't charged for the minimum. I asked to see the service manager. He's at lunch. I asked him to call me. No return call. This was just a money grab. I guess you can say the tech put time into pushing the button- although I would think as a Ford customer, something simple as this would be no charge. But, to charge one whole hour, $115, that was wrong. They would not reverse the charge. I would not suggest going to this dealership. They are not what you would expect out of a small town Ford dealership. read more

I purchased a 2004 Ford F-350 truck from them in January, of this year. The engine size was concealed (misrepresented), the owners manual was removed from the vehicle, I was never allowed to talk to the original owner, which they promised that I could do, I never received the service records that they promised me, they refused a meeting with the manager, and would not undo the deal. I am so unhappy with their sales methods and follow-up customer service, that I paid $200 for magnetic signs for my vehicles, so that I can try to save other folks from this company. The signs on all of my vehicles get thumbs up from everyone, and are even photographed by lots of people who tell me they have been screwed by used car dealers, also, and love the idea of advertising the facts!!! read more
