A&A Glass provides excellent glass repair service. The representatives are helpful and friendly. A&A was referred by a representative at Ace Hardware, and it was great advice. The problem was a broken window in an old storm door. The repair took four days, which is way better than another glass company, who estimated the repair would take 6 weeks. The fix wasn't cheap, but the repaired window looks as good as new. I definitely recommend this company! read more

This was to replace a front window whose seal had broken. They were prompt and the workmen were skilled and very polite. There was a part problem on the window crank that took a few days to address, but was completed by them without any issues. They were a slightly more expensive than some bids, but their work was excellent. Reccomended. read more

I am so thankful for these guys! I had a couple of windows in my house that started leaking badly during heavy rains. Joe Gomez is fantastic! He came out from A & A Glass and inspected my windows, and was able to quickly identify the problem AND fixed it in no time! He was thorough, and patient as I asked him several questions so I could understand the root cause. It's rained several times since my windows were fixed a few weeks ago by Joe, and there hasn't been a single leak. Bonus: when I initially called A & A Glass to schedule an appointment for a quote and inspection, they were booked up for weeks so they gave me the contact info for a Contractor they work with in case he could get to my windows before A & A could. I didn't have a chance to reach out to the contractor because of my hectic work schedule, but it was nice of A & A Glass to offer another option as they care about their customers. read more

I cannot more highly recommend A&A Glass Company for any variety of glass projects. Scott and Dori and their team know glass! My first project with A&A was a three-panel antique mantel mirror that had been damaged in my move to Denver. Originally the insurance company had me take it to a large Denver glass company that specializes in interiors but that (after losing the replacement glass) botched the mirror etching, thus requiring me to pay out of pocket for another replacement antique mirror and a second go at the etching. Through a contact that restores antique frames, I found A&A who cut and etched the mirror panels to match the original at a quarter of the price the big place had quoted, and completed the job in less than a week instead of six. The mirror turned out "as good as old," because Dori chose a particular technique that made her work look hand-done instead of machine etched. I'm so pleased with the results! read more

Hailstorm damage help. Reasonably priced replacement for my antique, putty installed half circle gable window. Everywhere else was quoting me $1200+ for this specialty cut and somewhat hazardous installation process (apparently puttied in windows are sketchy materials), but A&A didn't flinch at the project and charged me less than half that. read more

I contacted the company to schedule the work and was immediately pleased with their professionalism. The came back out to review the work with me to make sure, as the new owner, I was happy with what was being done. The guys that came out to replace & repair the windows were awesome. EXCELLENT PLACE! To all the yelpers, I highly recommend A & A Glass! This place has technicians that are very talented and really know what they are doing! I have had two different technicians from A & A Glass come in for the window services on different days and they both were equally excellent and professional. I only needed to get some fixings done on my windows this time because it was an emergency. Unlike other places, they didn't force me to get new windows. They were happy to provide what I needed with the best quality of help. Amazing! I dropped the broken window off at 9am and they were done repairing it by noon the same day. They were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!!! I had some previous window damage done to other windows in my house (hail) and need new trim/glazing. No problem, they researched the window and found the proper replacement trim/glaze. Buyer BEWARE. I had a very simple job. I took original screen and frame and asked if they could duplicate as I needed new ones. When order was complete, I picked up and brought home to install. All three screens were incorrect size and frames were backwards. I called in to tell them of issue and was told by an agent to just return and they would make right. I was also told to take in dimensions of screens needed. I did, when I arrived I was approached by a man named Scott, I explained that screens were to small and frames are incorrect. He became irate by what I said that they were not made correctly. He basically was calling me a liar. I asked him his name as I wanted to now speak to a manager. He was very condescending when he said " My name is Scott and I am the owner" we went back and forth for a bit as I just wanted screens that would fit. Mind you I have paid for this order in full. He continued to badger me as to trying to intimated me to back down and accept the order as is. I refused and asked for a full refund. He refused to refund my monies and did not give me back my old screen as I needed that to take to a company who actually would appreciate my business. This Owner is arrogant and unprofessional. I gave him many opportunities to correct this error and just make the order right and he refused. I went the next morning hoping he came to his senses and would do the right thing. I was again refused a refund. I have had to dispute thru my credit card company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Please help spread the word. read more
