Most of all I am beyond impressed by SWS's customer service especially in today's business environment. I had contacted a number of watch repair businesses including in L.A. & San Francisco & none bothered to respond. An internet search for Gucci watch repair in Canada led me to SWS. After receiving my watch & having his watchmaker evaluate it, Bill contacted me via email with a couple of options along with his recommendation for the best option (actually the least costly) to restore its functionality. A new Swiss movement, new circuit & coil were installed. The customer service I experienced from Bill should be a template for other businesses. The lady at Market Village changed the battery and the watch no longer worked. She did not bother to try to fix it and just said it's not working ... Anyhow, I went to Mr Lee's to see if he can fix it. This is my first visit. When I went into the store, I was greeted by the person working there right away. He tried for 30 mins to try to fix it but the watch still did not work. He proceeded to take the same watch he had on sale, took it apart to compare, found the same problem with his watch. He told me to leave it with him and he will call the manufacturer to figure out the problem. One day later, I got a call, the watch was fixed. All that work and he charged me $10. Extremely helpful, very patient and persistent to solve my watch problem. Would definitely go there again.

So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.

Included was my gold Seiko/Lassale Quartz ($5,000.00 circa yr.1980) that broke 15-20 years ago and my gold/diamond Wittnauer quartz ($3,000.00 circa yr.2000) that also failed about 5 years ago. BOTH watches had been returned to the manufacture repair depot and BOTH were determined to be irreparable. The Brands tell the story, Diesel, Emporio Armani, Guess, Hugo Boss, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors, Police, Storm, Tissot, etc... While I do peruse Timepieces at Jewelry Shops too, it's less accessible to the average person. Especially when I'm wearing my Baggy Jeans and Hoody, if you know what I mean. I'll be the spotlight of all the CCTV Security Cameras in that shop no doubt. I came here after discovering the Brand/Model I had interest. It's not everyday I make such luxurious purchases, so I rather see the Watch in-person than to make another web purchase. By chance, Watch-It had the Brand/Model I was looking for and quite convenient to where I am, Bonus! Now. Considering I did all my research prior to visiting, I knew what I was getting into. If I was just a passer-by and strolled-in asking to see a Watch, I would've went Meh. The few Salespersons I dealt with did very little "Sales" or even communication. My Watch-in-question had quite a bit of Innovations and none of them explained any. Basically they stood beside me and gave standard-short responses when I conversed.
