He quoted $25 for 1 hour service. I just picked up my repaired Jewerly from the store. I own several automatic watches and noticed the calibration was off so I brought them to Sherway location to have them checked, so They were sent out to the manufacturer. One was a RADO the other was a TAG, They were both brand new watches with no scratches or damage but when I got them back the TAG was still perfectly fine but the RADO was all scratched up. I pointed this out to the male sales person and he told me that I probably scratched it with my sleeves but didn't notice it. That was offensive because he was telling me that I don't know the condition of my property. I am sure he has used that line on other people also when its easier to blame the customer instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes. I should have just taken a few pictures of it before they sent it out to show it was not scratched at all. It was a brand new watch and I have never worn that watch since that happened but I never forgot how badly I was treated. My wife buys me watches and I take care of them very well, and notice every scratch. I remember the way the RADO was packaged to send it out, it looked very careless and I was surprised,. That was a big big mistake bringing my watches there. They were new watches with absolutely no damage or scratches, now the RADO is all scratched up and the male sales person made me feel so bad. I am not sure if its worth mentioning I am disabled in a wheelchair and feel the sales person was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. I left the store with my head down and tail between my legs like a dog. I have had good experiences at the Yorkdale location that's where my wife purchased the watches, the Sherway location really taught me a big lesson.

We were in the area, and he had seen on the Pandora website that this store carries their collection, so we decided to come here. We walked in and headed straight to the display case with Pandora stuff. Their selection was rather limited, but there was still enough to choose from. We were eyeing the display for a while before a gentleman approached us and asked us if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking and he continued on to help me try on a bracelet and choose some charms. Though their selection was limited, we were still able to find a couple of charms that we really liked. He then showed us to the cash out. Though the service was efficient, it wasn't particularly warm or friendly. In fact, the guy who helped us cash out was rather indifferent. I don't think I'll be returning here to purchase any more charms. I rather go to the actual Pandora stores at either Yorkdale or Steeles.
