To say that I am pleased with its repair & condition would be an understatement. And the cost was very reasonable. It also arrived set to Pacific Daylight Time! Most of all I am beyond impressed by SWS's customer service especially in today's business environment. I had contacted a number of watch repair businesses including in L.A. & San Francisco & none bothered to respond. An internet search for Gucci watch repair in Canada led me to SWS. After receiving my watch & having his watchmaker evaluate it, Bill contacted me via email with a couple of options along with his recommendation for the best option (actually the least costly) to restore its functionality. A new Swiss movement, new circuit & coil were installed. The customer service I experienced from Bill should be a template for other businesses. Awesome... so so so AWESOME. :P They probably knew all my money went towards Food expenses. No fancy waiting area with swanky stylin chairs but some Mags avail. Think Family Doctor lobby waiting area without the Kids toys. You get to see Watch-repair People work magic like inspecting Diamonds. Sadly, it's no Rolex. : (

Plus - they replaced the band and new crystal as well. I got a back-up Dive computer - good as new, and an exceptional timepiece. They were quick and convenient. Thanks for everything.. I've had two Citizen watches since, and they're definitely my favourite brand of watches.
