I clicked the button to get an estimate and it schedule an appointment instead. I then had to call to get my price estimate and then cancel this appointment that I never wanted in the first place. And then the cherry on top, I am now getting spammed text messages asking how the appointment process was, and to rate them. So here's your raiting. Predatory company will harass you just for trying to get an estimate.

My realtor contacted the listing agent around 10:00 a.m. who reached out to 1-800-Got-Junk who said they would be there between noon and 2:00. Wonderful, I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but grateful for it! Tariq and Jay arrived about 1:15. Got off the truck, introduced themselves and asked "who's paying?" I replied "not me! The listing agent...who I was told was to be here" Them "that makes sense, we said we were on our way and they replied they were 20 minutes away...and...you're here" We told them everything in the garage was to go, locked the house and left for lunch.
