And then the cherry on top, I am now getting spammed text messages asking how the appointment process was, and to rate them. So here's your raiting. Predatory company will harass you just for trying to get an estimate.

In addition, to my great surprise, instead of me going through my life's work and agonizing what to throw and what to keep, they said I could go and they would do it all for me! I had planned to do much more, including sweeping up afterwords, but we just jumped in the car and left! If I have a retirement, I'm going to invite them!
