This was a matter of 24 hrs. He ran a second shutoff water line in the basement. On the proper occasion he brought a commode flange & reset it & reconnected all our water. Moen provided a FULL warranty replacement set (Moen rocks!) and Dominic the M&M guy installed this handily for a reasonable charge. Some months later there was an internal issue with this part as well as a number of house plumbing issues that I figured to address at the same time. Brandon and his other brother Brandon set about these other issues but noted that the sink needed a specific Moen replacement part. Meanwhile, they tackled the house pressure regulator, which had been a real challenge for a prior plumber for some reason. Brandon measured the outside pressure and matched this up so our showers were still able to provide the same oomph. This was the root problem to our "water heater issue" - which included relief valve output due to surges. Unfortunately, we still had to buy/install a new overflow bladder. At my request, they also checked all the valves under the sinks and toilets for operation and leaks to see if they needed their packing adjusted or to be replaced. Note: After years of non-use, the typical valve used has packing that can dry and pull back leading to a leak. You can simply tighten up the screw on the front to tighten the packing. If you do replace this valve - go to a better quality ball valve design choice. We also had a significant leak in one of the exterior hose valves - had these replaced with the newer long-valve design that places the shut-off point internal to the house rather than right at the handle. We had them switch out the other one to this, as this will reduce the chance of cracked pipes (and possibly a very soggy cellar) from freezing. Dominic returned and facilitated communications with Moen and eventually did a re-installation. Moen provided an assembly and eventually express shipped a WHOLE NEW faucet set to get this problem solved. M&M was kind enough to significantly discount the charges on the faucet troubleshooting and re-replacement.

No one called me. I had to, at my own expense, have someone come in and fix it. Rick had no clue what he was doing. Did not have softener set up correctly. The softener has it's own controller which he did not have turned on. There was also a white piece of plastic behind the controller unit inside a black circular piece which was taken out, looked like piece of the white plastic pipe used near the softener. 2. I then had Rick look at a shower that was not working. He took it apart, it was a water line, said he wasn't working on it, left the shower apart. That is not the way you do business. Extremely disappointed. But I now found a great plumber.

On my next service with someone else they said Finks must have over tightened the fill port on our acid Neutralizer tank because they needed to use channel locks to open and now it leaks constantly $1800 to replace the tank so I have to bypass it which turns everything blue! Immediately they told us they could replace the baseboard. They provided us with several options. After choosing a baseboard, Santos Mechanical quickly ascertained the parts, removed the old unit, and replaced the new unit and parts. They worked efficiently, maintained a neat working environment, and completed the job with functionality and an excellent appearance. In addition to the replacement of the unit, our entire system had to be drained. After completing the replacement Santos Mechanical had to refill our entire system which has two different phases. They had to be in our entire house where they carefully moved furniture when necessary. They were very careful to cleanup as they went from room to room.
