I called them from there and Josh was nothing but a nice and honest. He called me back within minutes with a quote on the repair. My insurance company towed it in to their shop and in 15 minutes being at the, we had an exact estimate in our hands. The mechanic in the back was honest and helpful explaining the situation and what not. They were closing for the day so we locked it up and not being from here, we had to find a place to stay and find a ride. Well every employee at this shop checked on us and made sure we were OK and if we needed a ride they would give us one. Well the owner himself, Terry gave us a ride to a nearby inn. He even walked in with us to make sure we had a room before he drove off. Next morning we stopped by the shop with my situation and Terry and everyone there kindly worked with us. They helped us so much and one day I will return the favor. All in all, this shop is nothing but the best. They definitely have their priorities straight and their customer service is amazing. I wish I could do more for them but I'm hoping that this review will get the word out bout their shop and that they're are great people out there in the world still.
