This shop and everyone that works here is Amazing! Without them I don't know what I would've done. First off, my truck broke down about 23 miles out from there location off of I-40. I called them from there and Josh was nothing but a nice and honest. He called me back within minutes with a quote on the repair. My insurance company towed it in to their shop and in 15 minutes being at the, we had an exact estimate in our hands. The mechanic in the back was honest and helpful explaining the situation and what not. They were closing for the day so we locked it up and not being from here, we had to find a place to stay and find a ride. Well every employee at this shop checked on us and made sure we were OK and if we needed a ride they would give us one. Well the owner himself, Terry gave us a ride to a nearby inn. He even walked in with us to make sure we had a room before he drove off. Next morning we stopped by the shop with my situation and Terry and everyone there kindly worked with us. They helped us so much and one day I will return the favor. All in all, this shop is nothing but the best. They definitely have their priorities straight and their customer service is amazing. I wish I could do more for them but I'm hoping that this review will get the word out bout their shop and that they're are great people out there in the world still. They'll still charge you a fee even if you know what's wrong with your vehicle, on top of that the fee is separate from the bill from fixing your vehicle. Got hung up on twice, completely unprofessional. read more

Absolute ripoff! I'm sure they made up the problem but I was charged $170 for LABOR to plug in a battery harness cable. I was a returning customer but they obviously don't care about customer retention. I will NEVER, EVER go back to them. Beware the ripoff! read more

I am pleased as punch! Fixed everything I asked them to with my car and they even buffed my headlights for me so I can see out of them better! Eads is the only place my mom will take her vehicle to when it needs to be worked on. She recently had to have surgery and she happened to have nails in two of her tires, so she left it up to me to get it fixed and the few times that I have had interactions with the gentleman at Eads, have been very accomodating.. especially with their older customers.. Unbelievable. Got a quote from Eads on the work to be done noted in the picture at a price of nearly $1200. We started to go ahead and have The work done but luckily my wife asked me to get a second opinion. Took the vehicle to a mechanic in North Little Rock who found the problem to be a broken hose and a dirty MAF. $30 for the hose and $40 for labor and I was out of there for less than $100 and car drives like brand new. Eads charged us more than that just for the diagnostic. And what is the $3.98 in parts for? Absolute crooks. Just be smart and get that second opinion. read more

I've been a satisfied customer of Eads since moving to Cabot 6-7 years ago. They do high quality work quickly and honestly. Terry Eads, the owner, stands behind all his work. I recently asked them to install the wiring harnesses for three pairs of KC HiLites beams, and dash switches, on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler. I told Terry I wanted it to look like it had been factory installed. When it was done my neighbor wanted to see the result. Once I raised the hood he was quiet for about thirty seconds, then said he couldn't see what they'd done. It looked like factory equipment! Mission accomplished at a fair price.
