I think it was a facebook mom group post that I saw, where A&C was looking for little girl models. I decided, why not, I have a little girl (she's definitely not model material, she is 3 and in a complete awkward smile phase). Most communication for the photoshoot was arranged all online through e-mail. And for a busy working mom, that works great for me. All communication was very professional and availability dates were all set in advanced. So we showed up with a white dress on (which was what was advised to wear) and literally it only took about 15 minutes. Claudia was so great with my little one. She made her laugh and captured some genuine smiles from her. I was so impressed with her ability to get those smiles, because when I ask my little one to smile, it's more a serial killer looking to the side smile. I would definitely recommend A&C photography for family or kid photos. I noticed their Instagram that they do lots of shoots from Disneyland, and being that we are a big Disney family, I might just have to do a photoshoot there one day. This year my husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing wedding, then spent our honeymoon at Disneyland. 20 years ago, the park was just Disneyland; California Adventure was just a dirt lot and a dream. In the years following, our lives went down many different paths. We had two beautiful children, and the military took us all over the world; but our love for Disney remained the same. Since the last time we'd had family photos taken was around 8 years ago, we decided it was time for an update. As for where to take them, we decided what better place to celebrate our lives together than the happiest place on earth? It was about a year ago that Greg and I moved in together and we started discussing how to fill our blank and lonely looking walls. Having a Beatles poster up my sleeve, I clearly had the perfect solution, but let me tell you, after moving in with someone really is when you get to know the real them. Needless to say, no go on the Beatles. After returning from Costco one day, Greg walked in with the answer! A picture of us! Apparently they were advertising canvas printouts and he could think of no better answer than our purdy faces. I wasn't opposed, but I couldn't imagine this mug gracing our walls... Then we came across A&C who happened to be having a free photo session deal. There was no sitting fee, no obligation to buy, and I figured it would be worth it if we could get one good picture out of it. Now, I don't love being in pictures. I am awkward. I make silly faces. I do not know what to do with my hands. I am naturally a photog's worst nightmare, but not for these two. Claudia and Adam gave exact instructions on what I needed to do. I mean, exact. Adam made Greg tell me jokes and we ended up with amazing candid shots. It was the best experience I could have asked for. With minutes left before the park closed, they were still trying to fit in a few last shots because they were excited about lighting and backgrounds. You can tell they truly love their job. Knowing we got at least a few great pictures, we planned on buying just our favorite digital copies, but in the end, we could NOT decide, so we just bought the entire CD. Claudia did an amazing job on our Disneyland Engagement photo session! It was an incredibly busy Saturday afternoon, but Claudia managed our time very well, stayed calm and guided us to so many locations during our 2 hours. We are not confident in front of the camera, but Claudia did a great job to coach us how to pose. Despite how crowded the parks were that day, we ended up with so many gorgeous shots with no other people in them! They offered me a "free" model session and it was all downhill from there. I did the session and then I had to go back in person to view them and pick up my 3 free prints. I felt sucked into buying a package that was $600+ for 10 prints! Outrageous!!! The editing wasn't even great. There were shadows left on my Sons face. For being professional photographers they should know how to edit better. I received boring studio prints. $600 for pictures that look like JC Penney took them. I couldn't choose my Sons outfit either. The work is OK but the prices are just crazy expensive! Much better photographers out there for more reasonable prices! read more

I used their photography services for my son's senior photoshoot at Disneyland in 2018, and I was so amazed on the professionalism, efficiency, and the finished product, to where I enlisted then again for my daughter's senior photoshoot at Walt Disney World! Adam and Claudia met us at Magic Kingdom Park when it opened. We then walked around the park with Claudia, where her imagination went wild! She was direct, but very fun and sweet, practically part of the family. You know that she knows what she's doing, and that's why I wanted only their services for something as important as this. Despite the mask mandate in place at Walt Disney World, and the new safety features placed all around the park, Adam and Claudia made sure to rid any "evidence" that there was a pandemic going on in the first place. Claudia made sure that almost every photo had Zoe (my daughter) without a mask during the shoot, and in the online meeting with Adam, he made sure that he'd get rid of the distancing tape on the flooring. Adam was great to talk to as well. He gave me insight and opinions on what picture from a set were the best ones. From Start to (almost) Finish, Adam and Claudia have been wonderful! We had our E-Session a week ago at both DCA and DLR and WOW..what an amazing experience! Better than what we both were expecting! My fiance and I had no idea what to expect but imagined it would be awkward and possibly difficult at the parks; as it's in full swing for Summer and Pixar Fest. We felt neither of those things :) At first it took us a few poses and shots to start feeling like ourselves in front of the camera, but Claudia did such a great job and that is an understatement! She had us feeling at ease but gave enough direction so we weren't just standing there looking lost hahah! She had us all over both parks (loved!) so we had a variety and also making it to all the spots we had in mind, plus whatever we happened to come across. We felt like it went by so fast and enjoyed the whole experience!! A&C from day one of booking is very communicative, informational and professional; while still being incredibly friendly. We just received our photos to review and let me tell you..we practically just saved all of them as "favorites" LOL!! They look phenomenal!! I don't love how I look in pictures the majority of the time, so I was worried I wouldn't like how I looked in any of them, but she was able to capture us both so perfect that any insecurities were gone. We have a scheduled conference this week to discuss the purchase/package options. They send the pricing information pretty early on (which I loved) so you have a better understanding of what will work for you, and have the amount due in mind. Did a boudoir shoot with Claudia in her at home studio. She was extremely friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and guided as I have no modeling experience. First there was a woman who did my make up and hair. She took about one hour. Claudia offered me a drink and ended up making me a mimosa which I thought was very nice. She had snacks on the table as well. The make up artist did a great job however my eyebrows and lips were a little darker than I wanted but it was fine I fixed it later. The contour of my face was beautiful. My eyes looked amazing. After she did my make up (it took one hour), she left and so it was only Claudia and I in the house. She took pictures for one hour, 3 outfits I had brought with me. Then we reviewed the pictures and she asked what if any I wanted to purchase. I felt her experience and professionalism was wonderful but the pricing was pretty high for the average person. I called this location to work out a private sitting for my family after having shot family photos with them at a recent group event. I inquired and mentioned that I'd want to take advantage of the Yelp deal. It turns out that instead of ~$250 for a CD of digital images for the shoot, I'd be charged ~$750 for a CD if I wanted to take advantage of the Yelp "deal," in addition to the $130 sitting fee to take new photos. How can you possibly justify tripling the price for a CD? The math simply does not compute. By ordering photos with the fundraising group, 15% of the proceeds would be going to the group. By scheduling a new session, the prices would TRIPLE, which would eliminate any savings from the Yelp "deal" and actually come out to be far more expensive. Either way, I won't be spending my money on a company that charges you more for wanting to take advantage of a Yelp "deal." read more
