Some companies wanted up to $200 to come out and tell me if they could do the job and give me an estimate. Nate stopped by, looked at it and sent me a quote in a couple of hours, at no charge. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!)
