The location is ideal for a test drive..nice quiet residential 2 lane roads with no chaos is what I like. Took it for a spin and instantly fell in love, which doesn't come easy for me. I knew right away this car felt right and would look killer in my garage. Went in and sat with him in a laid back comfortable office to discuss the car. He didn't sit there all cheesy with a generic list of features on the car, they let the car sell themselves which totally works. He was so patient and answered every single question I had in terms I could understand which some salesmen make things confusing. I didn't feel pressured, rushed or forced whatsoever. I wanted the car and bought it on the spot. I traded in my pride and joy (which wasn't easy for me might I add) I NEVER would have done that if I didn't think I'd love my new car just as much. 2 days later I went back to pick it up and they had her looking clean and pretty. I met Paul who couldn't be any cooler of a dude. He showed me how to use all my functions and put my plates on for me. Finally I sat down with mama Craig and signed the rest of the paperwork which she put together beautifully for me. B&B is the real deal, I can't compare to anywhere else in RI to buy a car. A pleasurable experience from start to finish. I am so ecstatic over my new ride I can't wipe the smile off my face. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect and made to feel like a valued customer. This morning's exchange makes me happy that I decided to continue my regular maintenance here. There are other Toyota dealers in the area, but I have received consistent service from Toyota of Smithfield (from Sales to Service). I have purchased/leased three vehicles here and serviced them all here as well. Even when I have had issues a couple of years ago, the GM responded to my complaints and worked to resolve them. If they continue to maintain this level of service, my next car will come from this dealership as well.

They're a bunch of bums, predatory salesman, and unintelligent mechanics, came in with a problem…read moresaying one tire was making a thumping noise they told me I needed all new rims and tires, turns out i hit the brakes a little to hard one time and created a pit in the front left tire tread, it was found the next time i went for an inspection somewhere else a couple months later, went to another auto shop they replaced one tire and it was all good, they tried to charge me over $4000 declined all service and went to another place, it it wound up costing me 200, don't get cheated, they told me I had non-factory rims and that that was some huge problem people used to build cars in their garages, figure your stuff out toyota of Smithfield, I should also mention they charge me 180 for an incorrect diagnosis of the problem
