Wow! These guys are awesome! I very highly recommend them. They did all the windows on my first floor, and my sliding glass door. Everything from the consultation to the install process was exceptional. The two guys who came out to my home to take measurements and give me my quote were very professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and explain all of the features of their products. They never did a high pressure sales pitch. The best part was that you could tell they actually cared about my needs. The windows are very nice and come with a life time warranty, which I really like. Everything that they showed me was Energy Star approved and rated. Their employees are professional and the quality of their work is top notch. During the consultation, it became clear that they use very high end products. I filled out a credit application and was approved on the spot. They installed my windows and door the following week. I couldn't be happier! The installation was a great experience. Joe, the foreman really took his time to make sure everything came out right. He is very meticulous. The other guys on his crew were very respectful and took the time to clean up after themselves. I was very impressed. One of the most important things about using American Construction was that I felt like I could trust them. I felt totally safe, and secure having them in my home. I knew I could leave their staff in my house unsupervised, without any problems or concerns. Once it was all said and done, I couldn't have been more impressed! I never knew how much of a difference energy efficient windows made. Everything they told me about the energy savings was spot on. My PECO bill for the month of January dropped an entire $100! About a week after the job was completed the operations manager, Chris, called me to follow up and make sure I was happy with the work. At the 6 month mark, they stopped in for another follow up to check the quality of the work and make sure there were no unforeseen issues. Since American Construction did my house, they have done both my parents houses, my sisters house, and my next door neighbors house. My journey began in late Jan. on a whim......I've been in my home for 20 years. My windows had to be 40+ years old. I called 3 different contractors. Once I read the reviews for American Construction I immediately cancelled the other 2 appts. From start to finish, the undivided attention is incomparable. I knew what I didn't want to spend and Greg (sales consultant) was kind in understanding. Also, my only option was a Saturday for installation. The job got put off 3 or 4 times due to weather. Greg stayed in touch consistently. Finally my install took place this weekend 3/3. Dominic & John could not have been more polite, courteous, and friendly. These guys showed up right on time and busted their asses all day. (9 windows) I never even heard them speaking to each other. It was just hustle, hustle!! No breaks, No lunch. Greg & Joe (foreman) showed up later in the afternoon. They hung out till job was complete. They did a walk thru with me. Any little items I may have found...they corrected. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied!! I had noticed some caulking that needed to be done, in addition I noticed my slider not working properly. Dominic stopped what he was doing and addressed that situation and corrected it. American Construction did not give me my first estimate for replacement windows, but they did give me my last! American Construction stood out from the get go with their punctuality and their friendliness. Their presentation was so informative and demonstrative and I never felt pressured to buy, it was as if their products sold themselves.  I was approved for credit the same day I applied and they started the work as soon as the materials came in. The crew that installed them were very meticulous and detailed. They explained to me how important the installation is for the performance of the window, how even the slightest error in the install can make the window harder to open or even break the seal. I truly got the sense that they cared about their work and making sure that I was 100% satisfied with the American Construction experience.  After installation I received a follow up phone call about a week later making sure I was satisfied with everything and I received another one about 6 months after that. I've never been so impressed with a home remodeling company as I have with American Construction. After 22 years in the same home, many of the windows needed to be replaced. I was worried that we would find a bad contractor, get ripped off, and be left with a mess. Boy was I wrong! The job these guys did was just amazing. Starting with the two guys who did our estimate, they were well educated, efficient, very polite, and it was clear that they had given estimates for hundreds, if not thousands of homes. They found everything that needed to be done, listened intently to my issues, and showed me how the estimate I got from another company was inflated. The follow up with the installation was superb. Everything went smoothly. I had worries of things not fitting or prices suddenly going up but none of that happened. I replaced the windows in my house with American Construction's windows at the end of the winter/early spring 2017. The installation process was very smooth. They were in and out of my house in under day. Their crew were really professional, cleaned up everything and answered all of my questions. After the installation I saw a reduction in my energy bills by around 20%. I was really shocked these windows could make such a difference. Not only that, but the temperature in my house has been more comfortable. We received some added bonuses. First, we received a tax credit which really helped out at tax time. Second, one of our friends is a local real estate agent. She told us we increased the value of our home by far more than the windows cost. We had a five figure increase in the value of our home. We needed our roof replaced and it was an emergency. American Construction sent out someone immediately - like, in an hour and a half - looked at our roof with a drone and gave us a very fair quote shortly thereafter. They were able to schedule the roof replacement in 2 weeks. They did an absolutely fantastic job, keeping us apprised of their progress the entire time. The materials and dumpster arrived exactly when they said it would. The crew was great - professional, friendly, knowledgeable and with a keen attention to detail. Even the workers themselves told us how much they liked working for American Construction, and how well they are treated by the company. They knew we had dogs and so when the job was done, they ran the magnet around the house many more times than they normally do just to insure that there were no nails that my dogs could get into (my dogs are admittedly not very smart lol). When my roof leaked, I didn't know what to do. My neighbor had used American Construction and recommended that I gave them a call. I was so relieved when Greg came out the next day. He explained everything thoroughly, and walked me through all of my options. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the high quality materials they used for my roof replacement project. They scheduled me within 10 days of my initial call. When installation day came Joe made me feel so comfortable with the high quality work that their crew did on my home. My father was looking to get his windows done he found american construction door hanger on his door. He decided to call and see what they had to offer. My father called me and said they were coming over to discuss his windows. I was a little weary at first but when they came over they were very professional and easy to talk to they put us at ease showed us their window they had an impressive demonstration showing us the energy value of the window when it was all said and done with we both agreed to let them do the work. I was so pleased with American Construction, When they first came to measure my windows and discuss the job with , the guys were extremely nice and professional. I felt very comfortable working with them. My old aluminum windows were not practical for keeping my bills down, security for my family, or keeping the house cool or warm in the winter and summer. They installed new vinyl windows that were top of the line and I was really happy. Their managers called to follow up and assured me that if I have any issues they would take care of it. From the top (Chris) down to the techs that did the work, I have been very pleased with not only the work they did, but the kindness and concern of those I dealt with. We had a family emergency during the middle of the siding work being done. Mauricio and his team were caring and conscientious about their work and about our situation. I really can't say enough about how pleased I was with Greg and his crew from American Construction! From start to finish the job went very smoothly.
