The two workers arrived promptly on time and also called to give an approximate time of when they would arrive. They were informative, courteous and knowledgeable. They placed a cover on the floor in front of the fireplace to make sure that no damage or debris was on my wood floor. He called, they listened to his explanation of what happened and promptly scheduled to come out the next day to fix this issue. The…read moregut inspected the fireplace and using a drone said we need the cap replaced, so for 2 they charged $3788,plus $200 for the inspection. 10 days later they returned, installed and they are offering "limited life time warranty " even they said that the 2 pieces of metal installed should never ever have any issues. Everyone offering free or bellow $100 for inspection. A little bit too expensive! I hope that the $4000 spent will work.
