I had a very unpleasant experience getting my blood work done at this LabCorp location. The…read moretechnician told me I wasn't bleeding because I was "dehydrated," which isn't true I had already drank water before arriving. Instead of stopping, she kept pushing the needle deeper, moving it side to side, and pressing hard on my arm to force blood out. I was scared and in pain. She then decided to do another poke on my other arm, pressing very hard again. Now I have a large bruise that keeps getting worse, and the pain hasnt left I cant no longer lift my arm because it hurts This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. Every time I come here, the blood draw hurts and leaves bruises. When I go to other labs, the process is quick, painless, and I don't bruise at all so I know this isn't normal. I would not recommend this location. The technique felt rough and careless, and the experience was uncomfortable and stressful.

This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. The facility itself is one of the cleanest doctor's offices I have ever been in. I felt like everything had been thoroughly sanitized just before I got in the room for my scans. The scanning machines were state-of-the-art, comfortable, clean and looked brand new. The best part was after the scans when the doctors walked me through exactly what showed up on the tests. They spent a good amount of time answering my questions and explaining the details of the scans. The doctors were extremely thorough and very personable and caring, and I walked away feeling that they gave me as much attention and care as they would their own family members. The place seemed very clean and the staff were nice. The only reason I'm saying 4 stars, not 5 is because when it came time for my results they were emailed to me (which is fine). Only problem is when I called to ask what they meant the staff had no clue and said they just send everything off to a third party so although I got my test done, I haven't the slightest clue how to read the results
